Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Faun's Cave

This house, along with numerous others, is a cell phone for a more important cultural project, which has its roots in the theme of sustainability and the reuse of the historic building heritage of the ancient housing core of Morano Calabro. In these twenty years we acquired a large part of those properties in the historic core that the inhabitants abandoned, with the aim of recovering, enhancing them and transforming them into a sustainable cultural cultural model.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
