Charming seaside studio apartment, completely renovated recently and located in the heart of a small bay. The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. In addition, the studio apartment has a large balcony overlooking the sea where you can relax and enjoy a magnificent view (23 square metres inside + 15 square metres of balcony). The beach is easily accessible on foot from the house, while the centre is only 2 km away (5 minutes by car) via the ex 522.

Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi
