Apartment in a great Villa with private pool + 200m from the beach (very clean water). Ideal place for relaxing and enjoying your vacations. It is also fully equipped for families, as we offer a big playground (teeter and toboggan included) inside our Villa so our small guests can have all they need! An apartment oway from city rush 8 km from Trogir and 30 km from Split. You can also taste extra virgin oil made by our family, take a tour in our olive fields or tast home made figs and wine.

The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Big apartment directly on sea and pebble beach

The apartment is great for family holidays in quiet small place. Situated in the first row from sea and nice pebble beach with shallow sea . There´s whole house floor with big terrace( partial sea view) on your disposal. Free parking and grill in garden. No other guests in house. There is also a concrete berth between beaches where you can put your boat or enjoy sunsets drinking a glass of wine while listening sea whispering to you.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and it was just perfect! A lot of equipment in the apartment, a great view from the balcony and everything was easy to reach on foot (Beach just max 2min walk right in front the door, Restaurant etc) We definitely enjoyed our vacation and can only recommend!

The house is very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Marija is a great hostess, very warm and pleasant. We had the cottage in the immediate vicinity, yet always had our privacy. We usually saw each other briefly in the evening when we sat outside the cottage. We enjoyed talking about our excursions, for which Marija gave us great recommendations. We were able to contact Marija at any time if necessary. We only took advantage of this offer once, when we were missing a little something while cooking; she was standing in front of our door less than 5 minutes later. She also gave us fresh basil, which she picked for us in the garden, and a large bowl of her own peppers to go with our meal. Super nice! By the way: in the kitchen we found the finest olive oil (homemade of her family) which we were expressly allowed to use. We can recommend Marija and her apartment without reservation, we felt very comfortable and we will certainly not be the only ones. 😉

Summer side house with heated pool at Trogir

This stay was luxurious, the photos do not do the place justice., it really was that good. Marita was the perfect host, communications were great with lots of helpful tips before and during our stay. The leaving gift was a special touch. We were 2 families a total of 8 , there is loads of room for everyone with plenty to do, every room was modern and beautiful. We all enjoyed the games room. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for meals with the outdoor kitchen being great for a BBQ. The swimming pool was perfect for all. We all had a superb holiday and would love to return in the future. Marina is quiet being relatively untouched by tourism, it makes a great base for visiting lots of places in the area.

I really liked everything. The place is completely as described, everything is clean. There were refreshments in the fridge on arrival. During her stay, the hostess treated us to fresh vegetables from her own city. All our questions were answered quickly. A nice beach, where it is convenient to relax with children, is not far away. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Marina Living! The penthouse was absolutely stunning. Finished to an extremely high standard with state-of-the-art facilities. It was not only comfortable and modern, but also aesthetically pleasing, with beautiful design touches throughout. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. The location is peaceful, with breathtaking sea views. The hosts, Claudia and Richard, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. A perfect getaway spot on the Croatian coast. I’d definitely love to come back!

Well designed apartment with beautiful sea view terrace. Easy parking by the sea at the bottom of the residence. Attention steep side of about 100 m to access the accommodation. The only downside was missing tea towels. In short, very good stay at Karmen's.
