Beachfront holiday rental in Poljica

Felt like a home from home, lots of lovely touches like homemade jams and olive oil (which was very tasty). Both the terrace and loggia were great to relax in, and the local host Sanja was really helpful. Can recommend to anyone who wants to visit this lovely town on the island of Brac.

Convenient location in cute village; nice location on the beach; well working AC; simple, clean and well decorated spacious apartment. We were only two, but the two bedrooms make it possible for four (or 4+1) guest to stay comfortably. Very friendly and responsive host!

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

The fisherman's house is magical facing the sea, it allows a real disconnection. We would have stayed a few more days... Warning: difficult access on a stony road for 2 km and a neighbor on the left, nothing disturbing but not specified in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Roni's apartment is amazing! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and breathtaking. Roni was such a great host and even let us check in early. Super helpful hosts and a great apartment, highly recommend!

I was in Danjielas with two friends for a week, unfortunately she couldn't be there, but her father was always there. He has already suggested different things to do in the area from day one to every morning (there was a lot to do in the area thanks to the great location of the Airbnb) The apartment, although it looked a little smaller than on the pictures, was completely spotless, a fully equipped kitchen, a super modern TV with everything you need, and a beautiful outdoor lighting with balcony and garden, a real dream :) Although we had 4 out of 6 days of rain, we were able to do a lot thanks to Damir's tips. And he was even so nice that he gave us a full day because the weather got better. So we could not test the private sea access. An incredible dream and a wonderful holiday... very happy to come back.

The holiday was super nice. There were five of us and the space was perfect for us. There is everything you need, beautiful bedrooms and a very well equipped kitchen, so you can cook with many utensils. The view from the large balcony is beautiful and you can really relax and unwind in the place. There's not so much going on in April, but if you're looking for a quiet & private place, you're in perfect hands there. The highlight was the beautiful swimming spot right by the house where you can sunbathe all day. From there and also from the balcony we could see dolphins in the evening with quiet water or in the morning in the morning. Very particularly beautiful :)) Anton is a very nice host and always takes care of us super nicely. The Airbnb is highly recommended, thank you for the nice break 🐬☀️

Communication was seamless. The host was responsive, our stay was comfortable from start to finish. From the private pool to the stunning views, there is a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. You can reach the beach with a 10-15 minute walk. Overall, It was an enjoyable retreat!

There is not enough words that can describe this superbly modern apartment in a beautiful location facing a small beach with great water views and incredible sunsets. Arriving in spring time, one’s senses is constantly engulfed by the beautiful smell of orange blossoms in the area surrounding the apartment. We were met by the owners daughter who was waiting for us to welcome us and show us around the apartment and was very helpful in answering all our questions. The apartment is as described with all the listed amenities and a temperature controlled pool in the back. A small supermarket is just located within a minute walking distance and Torgir old town is only a few minutes driving distance. I whole heartedly recommend this apartment if one is looking for a relaxing time in a scenic setting with warm and kind people in a beautiful country. Finally, my sincere thanks to the kind husband & wife owners who made us very welcome in our stay.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was perfect, only the services and restaurants in Jadrija are not open in September.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Very nice house and fully equipped, beach and private pear are really close.

I found our stay very successful. The apartment is very large and comfortable. Close to the beach,which is very intimate ,because it belongs only to several apartments. Great - clean and warm. The village is also ok, there are water taxis and to Split and Trogir. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my friend group stayed at Teo's and it was better than what we could have hoped for. The location is a perfect amount of socialization and peaceful nothingness. The house is very big and well kept, big rooms and cozy places to chill. But the prettiest part is the private beach that comes with the house. All in all we had an amazing time and highly recommend this house for your next vacation. Since we are young people and quite loud, we could be as loud as possible since the first Neighbours were 500m away. Teo is a great host, but he wasnt there at the time so his mother kindly welcomed us as well. Really wanted to make everything possible for us, what ever we needed, even offered tht she drives our trash to the bin. So we were all very pleased with the hosts mother and the place and would definitely return.

The place in the apartment was great, it met all our expectations. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, the sea is just below the house, the area is quiet. Strawberry responds quickly and clearly to all questions. For us as a family with a young child, the accommodation in this apartment was a real rest and relaxation.

Magical stay on the island of Brac! It’s a beautiful 2-bedroom stone villa nestled in a vineyard and overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There’s a short walk to a private beach that you have all to yourself except for the occasional boaters that will swim over. Very secluded and private in the best kind of way. It’s quite the drive on the last stretch of the road to get there so be ready if driving in yourself! So worth it tho!

Marin was probably the most lovely AirBnb host we have ever had. She is kind, considerate and exudes love and hospitality. Her home is an ideal comfortable space. We had been out on a charter sailboat and wanted to stay close after getting off the boat before going up to busy Split. She was flexible in our check in and check out times that worked well with our boat drop off times. She showed care for us that is above and beyond any we’ve ever experienced from a host. Her spotlessly clean, we’ll set up home was perfect for us to get some rest and relax for a couple of days. We found excellent restaurants in Marina town and as a result, it was a perfect combination of relaxation, a great home and a wonderful area,p. When we come back to go sailing again, we will 100% for sure stay at Marin’s beautiful place again and we definitely look forward to seeing Marin again!
