Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Poljane

Our time at Branko's Casa Piano was very nice. Branko (the owner) lives next door and was very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. He gave us great tips regarding restaurants and events nearby. We were absolutely satisfied and can only recommend it to everyone. You have your peace there, it is a bit remote in a small village but perfect for relaxing and the next major city of Labin is also only about 10 to 15 minutes by car. All in all, just a great stay.

Very nice and quiet house in Croatian style, nicely furnished, very clean and maintained with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect with dog, completely fenced. We really enjoyed the time and would be happy to come back. The hosts are very nice and likeable.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

The villa is fantastic and in beautiful surroundings. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very friendly, helpful and responded instantly to our communications. We haven’t visited Istria before and we loved the area. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Lana's house for a week and enjoyed it very much. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available and we could always ask Lana for advice. The beach was about 5 minutes away on foot and also in the old town you were relatively fast by car. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Val is very friendly and hospitable host. She welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. She was very responsive. It was a bit windy the 1st day so the next day she came by to clean the entrance from all the leaves. The apartment is cosy and is close by the beach and a little shop. It’s a bit in the outskirts of the center, but just a 5 min drive away by car or you can walk to the center on a beautiful coastline road which takes around 40 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

Excellent accommodation.. And our host Samira was so kind and welcoming, the apartment had great welcoming decore and special treats , like fruit, juice, , coffee, tea and cookies .. do not hesitate to book. :))Carina :))

We had a very relaxing and quiet vacation at Daija's place. The apartment was well maintained and modernly equipped. It offered all comforts: Located in nature, the pool as a refreshment after excursions and within walking distance to the small, charming town of Bale. An all-around successful stay! Darija is super friendly and has been very helpful with all our questions. Thank you for the wonderful time!!

We will definitely stay at Patricia's place - everything was well furnished, clean, filled with useful household supplies. There was nothing superfluous in the apartment - a comfortable double bed, a sofa, even a sea view from the balcony. It was convenient to live, cook. Patricia recommended great places to visit, was always available and answered any questions, although there were almost none. The sea was very close, with a great pine park, cafes, tennis courts and large shopping centers where you can find everything in 7 minutes. Someone may be confused by the nearby ancient cemetery, but it is not at all visible from the windows and if I had not looked at the map, I would not have known about it:)) We had a great time! We recommend Patricia and her wonderful apartment to everyone🤍

We liked the apartment very much. It was well equipped, very clean and well air-conditioned. Host was super nice, always helpful and available 24 hours. Robust, easy check-in and check-out. I'd love to come back.

We stayed for two weeks in the house as a family and we highly recommend it to all! It is fully equipped with everything you may need as a family, to have a very comfortable stay! It has two very spacious bedrooms and very good facilities for laundry and meal preparation. The location is fantastic in the old town of Koper and everything is a short walk away to explore as well as bus and taxi station just a few minutes away! The house was super clean and fully ready for us when we arrived and the hosts welcomed us in the best possible way! Overall a great find and we hope to stay again when we next visit Koper!

Peaceful oasis in the heart of it all!! From the moment you enter the gate, to the moment you turn the corner to the flat....it takes your breath away. Beautiful, peaceful luxury, almost unreal for the location. The flat is beautiful, spotless and well appointed with absolutely everything you could possibly need for two persons. The outdoor space is the star for sure. Peaceful, comfortable and a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring the old town. A place to kick back with a glass of wine and listen to nature all around you, stunningly beautiful. The fact that you have use of bikes was such a bonus as the waterfront just begs for you to explore. We were truly grateful to have the bikes and navigate the park and beaches so close to the flat.....remarkable add on!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and all your helpful tips and friendly communication. We will not soon forget your beautiful property and hope to return. The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Dragana was always very helpful, for any need or advice, the response was always timely. The apartment had just been cleaned upon our arrival, the kitchen and the premises were equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was the setting for countless sunset dinners. The first beach was about a three-minute bike ride away, while the old town was about fifteen minutes away. Supermarkets were easily accessible both by bike and on foot. The residential complex was very quiet. Thank you Dragana for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time even with almost zero temperature and gusty winds. Easy to find, very close to mall and restaurants. Host was excellent to ensure all my needs were met!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay in a beautiful place.

Sara's place is very nice overlooking the sea. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. By car, you can reach the city center within 7 minutes. The communication with Sara was easy and she responded quickly. There is a Nespresso capsule machine.
