In the newly renovated vacation home, there are 2 bedrooms with one double bed (2.00 × 2.00) and (1.80 × 2.00) meters on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen-living room and the shower room with toilet. Parking is available in the courtyard entrance. In the back area there is a cozy sitting area with a lounge set and a grill to relax. If you arrive by bicycle, you are welcome to use the rear courtyard for parking.

Else's Stübchen

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Enjoy our unique loft on an old farm from 1892 that combines history and comfort. With visible beams and ceilings up to 5 meters high, it offers a charming ambience. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures in summer. Discover the surrounding nature, castles, boat tours, canoe tours and dream paths. Koblenz is only 20 minutes away. Due to the room layout, it is very suitable for families as well as for assemblers.

Our air-conditioned 130-square-metre house in the historic Burghof in Mertloch has been extensively renovated and restored with great attention to detail. Look forward to the unique charm of a traditional half-timbered house, combined with modern comfort, stylish furnishings and a cosy atmosphere. The perfect place to relax, feel good and enjoy the beautiful Eifel.

The house is yours alone & has a fenced yard with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.
