Holiday rentals with beach access in Pointe-Noire

We had a pleasant stay in the accommodation. The views are fantastic As well as the interior of the house (small plus for the bathroom)

The apartment is very well located, very close to Malendure beach and perfect for visiting both the north and south of Basse-Terre. I would recommend it!

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The accommodation was very clean and very well maintained, consistent with the photos. The views are great. Access can be on foot but plan to shower when you arrive! the neighborhood is very quiet, relaxing. the Sugar Loaf beach barely 5 minutes away is a real plus. I highly recommend it and you can go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful place with stunning views of the Grande Anse bay and the sea. You can reach several beautiful beaches either on foot or in a few minutes by car. Absolutely recommend! :)

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable space, there is everything you need. The plus: Our host provided us with items (umbrella bed, bath cape) for our infant, it was great!

We enjoyed our stay here using it as a base to explore this coast. We made the mistake of following the directions in Air Bnb instead of Cedric’s GPS location which put us waaaaaay up a very narrow heavily treed dirt road, so that was a mistake. Follow Cedric’s gps coordinates! We snorkelled twice from Leroux beach which is just down the street; there were lots of different fish once you went far out along the left side. We enjoyed the very clean pool. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

Very clean and well maintained accommodation. The upper terrace offers a beautiful view. However, traffic is perceptible there. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance.

Simply perfect. Domi is an exceptional host: accommodating, very friendly and very good advice. It provides us with a list of restaurants to try: these are the best restaurants we have tried! The apartment is just perfectly located. The residence is beautiful. The view: sublime. A big thank you to Domi. We will definitely return to this apartment if we pass through Guadeloupe again. We wished we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I have just spent a fortnight at Émile's! Very pleasant stay in a large and comfortable step-free! The air conditioning in one room and the very powerful fan helped us withstand the heat. The large and totally shaded veranda was often our preferred room! The plus: two relaxed people who accompanied us to the different beaches ( folded in the trunk of the car!) Very functional TV and wifi. The equipment needed for cooking is however basic... but we adapt 😉 In short, a GREAT STAY!!!

I had some difficulties with the communication, I did it too late to ask for the information. The host communicates via whats app and it's not an app I'm familiar with. The location is great but ask for details before you get there as you can easily miss the location. The views are great, rooms are good and the air conditioner works well.

Very nice accommodation, perfectly matches the photos. Very well located to enjoy the centre of Haut. Very warm and inviting hosts. Possibility to drop off belongings upon arrival on the island and leave them after leaving the accommodation. We recommend!

Bottom of house with a beautiful view. Life is mainly on the large and very pleasant terrace. The brewers in the rooms are nice. Well located to go all the way down the coast.

Awesome place! I really enjoyed the beautiful park around the property — it’s a huge green oasis! It’s peaceful and yet close to beaches, supermarkets. restaurants etc. The house is fully equipped with all we needed. Julien was an amazing host — friendly and very helpful. Don’t hesitate any longer—this is the place you wanna rent in Guadeloupe!

One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in over the past ten years. Everything is perfectly maintained and all amenities one could ever need are provided. The modern furniture is comfortable and usable. And yes, the view is mesmerizing and always evolving with the flow of yachts in the beautiful harbor below.

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

We had a great time, location of the ideal accommodation, easy to travel the island. Friendly host and responsive to past requests. we highly recommend it and we will come back without hesitation.

We had a great time at Jean Pierre's place. Gaelle and Jean Pierre are very welcoming. Jean Pierre is an in-train who loves conviviality and when the bell rings at 7 p.m. it is the beginning of good times and friendly encounters with other travelers. Except imprevus related to its ice cream machine! We met beautiful people both our hosts and other guests. Gaelle gave us great tips for visiting the island, at the top. The apartment is well located, beautiful view, beach 10-15 min walk, clean, functional. We are a family with two children aged 5 and 6 and the place was perfect for us. A big thank you to Gaelle and Jean Pierre!

After two weeks of "nature" in Dominica, Celia and Jérôme's accommodation was perfect for the working time of the trip. Perfect in a situation with the beach opposite. Perfect in equipment… there is everything Perfect access: the bottom of the fort allows you to radiate on Basse-Terre, Grande-Terre and on the north-south axis of Pointe-à-Pitre. Perfect in the responsiveness of the hosts. Perfect for the tranquility of the residence. One huge drawback!!!! You have to leave this interlude of life one day and come back to reality.

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for a person like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, faithful to the description, very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything to spend a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend, very good value for money.

We had a great time in Evelyne and Jean's apartment. Sébastien welcomed us super friendly and was always available for all questions. A big thank you to Evelyne and Jean for the many recommendations for activities and restaurants, we felt very welcome. The studio was very clean and comfortably furnished and the best thing is of course the view of the sea from the beautiful terrace. The nearest beach is only 3 minutes away on foot. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back!
