Beautiful accommodation in Sainte-Rose, located a little outside the village, but thus ensuring a beautiful tranquility in a totally enchanting setting. The grounds offer an environment at the height of a small botanical garden, overlooking the sea. Sylvie and Serge were most welcoming, always available if needed and totally respecting the privacy of the guests. The quality of the furnishings and places is incomparable. Everything is thoughtfully thought out and the attention to detail is remarkable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! We hope to return on our next trip to Guadeloupe! We loved our stay in one of Agnès' apartments. We were alone in the building which consists of 3 apartments. Located in a quiet location, we enjoyed the modernity, the beautiful view, the pool and the cleanliness of the accommodation. Agnès and Jean-Luc were very good and helpful. They were also flexible for check-in and check-out (low season). The place is really very beautiful and well located to discover Basse-Terre. We had a great time. Thank you!

Excellent stay at Joan's. The accommodation is very well located: close to Deshaies , Leroux beach. Beautiful view from the balcony over the forest and quiet. accommodation equipped with air conditioning and hot water. you can book without hesitation

Practical accommodation in a good location for discovering the many sites in the north of Basse Terre, and well-equipped. Small restaurants around the corner, and beach within walking distance.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable space, there is everything you need. The plus: Our host provided us with items (umbrella bed, bath cape) for our infant, it was great!

Very nice, brand new and well-equipped accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful covered terrace outside where we had all our meals. Very nice view of the Cousteau reserve. The hot tub is perfect for the end of the day, not overlooked. We found a pathway to Malendure beach with the explanations given by Yves. The best part is that we were able to swim with 2 turtles. I would not hesitate to rent this place again if I had to come back to this beautiful part of the island 🤩

We had a lovely stay at Fritz's place. First of all, a great terrace with direct contact with nature, then the accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. But above all we want to thank Fritz for his welcome, kindness and willingness to share with us the little pleasures of Guadeloupe such as the fruits directly from the trees, the kindness of the Guadeloupeans, the love of their Islands. At Fritz you discover authentic Guadeloupe. A big thank you from the whole family.

Great place, with a great host, a nice view of the pigeon islands. Very spacious terrace. The foosball table appreciated to end the day. I would this property.

What more can I say than a big wow!!!!! Beautiful pool and spa, Michel also welcomed us very well. Beautifully located, close to all activities. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, everything for cooking and don't forget the air conditioning, present in both bedrooms, a must. Also in the same building, another RBNB accommodation for rent if you are traveling with a large family or two couples. Thanks to Michel!!!! I recommend without hesitation!!!!👍

The accommodation was really beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. I loved the hammock. Isabelle, the host, was very communicative and helped us when we needed something. I highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well equipped apartment in a very well maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards. Marc.

Very nice accommodation as described. The views are fantastic. The accommodation is even bigger than in the photos. The pool is lovely. The host is discreet while being present if necessary. Well located for excursions to the north or south.

Simple yet functional studio. Nice well-stocked garden, with fruit and flowers, nice small shaded terrace. Spa available, very pleasant in the evening. Gerard is available and very interesting. I recommend this studio.
