It is close to the highway PR 53 and 30, 5 minutes from Plaza Palmas Real shopping center, walmart, fast food restaurants ect. Located in the east area near beaches like seven seas, Punta Santiago, Palmas del Mar, Luquillo Bathroom,Malecon Naguabo ect.

New apartment very comfortable, very clean. **New just added WASHER/DRYER** Located in a private area, dead end street. Paintings inside are from a local artist beautiful drawings. Rural area with benefits of having Walmart, beaches nearby. Solar panel back up no worries about losing power! Free coffee for our guests and filtered Brita pitcher water. TV has Netflix available for guests. Maximum 2 authorized guests allowed. A fee will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
