Beautiful accommodation in Sainte-Rose, located a little outside the village, but thus ensuring a beautiful tranquility in a totally enchanting setting. The grounds offer an environment at the height of a small botanical garden, overlooking the sea. Sylvie and Serge were most welcoming, always available if needed and totally respecting the privacy of the guests. The quality of the furnishings and places is incomparable. Everything is thoughtfully thought out and the attention to detail is remarkable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! We hope to return on our next trip to Guadeloupe! We loved our stay in one of Agnès' apartments. We were alone in the building which consists of 3 apartments. Located in a quiet location, we enjoyed the modernity, the beautiful view, the pool and the cleanliness of the accommodation. Agnès and Jean-Luc were very good and helpful. They were also flexible for check-in and check-out (low season). The place is really very beautiful and well located to discover Basse-Terre. We had a great time. Thank you!

Practical accommodation in a good location for discovering the many sites in the north of Basse Terre, and well-equipped. Small restaurants around the corner, and beach within walking distance.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable space, there is everything you need. The plus: Our host provided us with items (umbrella bed, bath cape) for our infant, it was great!

Very nice, brand new and well-equipped accommodation. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful covered terrace outside where we had all our meals. Very nice view of the Cousteau reserve. The hot tub is perfect for the end of the day, not overlooked. We found a pathway to Malendure beach with the explanations given by Yves. The best part is that we were able to swim with 2 turtles. I would not hesitate to rent this place again if I had to come back to this beautiful part of the island 🤩

We enjoyed our stay here using it as a base to explore this coast. We made the mistake of following the directions in Air Bnb instead of Cedric’s GPS location which put us waaaaaay up a very narrow heavily treed dirt road, so that was a mistake. Follow Cedric’s gps coordinates! We snorkelled twice from Leroux beach which is just down the street; there were lots of different fish once you went far out along the left side. We enjoyed the very clean pool. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

Perfect stay, quick welcome and accommodating departure time. The highlight is clearly the view, which is incredible, the location for the stay is great.

I had a great stay in this apartment. Very well located, clean, well equipped and faithful to the description. The hosts are very available to answer our questions. The neighborhood is quiet, while being close to amenities and points of interest. Would love to come back!

What more can I say than a big wow!!!!! Beautiful pool and spa, Michel also welcomed us very well. Beautifully located, close to all activities. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, everything for cooking and don't forget the air conditioning, present in both bedrooms, a must. Also in the same building, another RBNB accommodation for rent if you are traveling with a large family or two couples. Thanks to Michel!!!! I recommend without hesitation!!!!👍

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Again a big thank you to Philippe for his kindness and attention throughout our stay! We had a great time relaxing and refreshing in this beautiful home. Even if we spent a week, it was too short!

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

We're coming back from 4 days to this listing that was the same as the listing. Very nice view in the morning at breakfast and private parking. Very good bedding . Upon our arrival fruits and fresh water nice attention. Thank you very much

Simple yet functional studio. Nice well-stocked garden, with fruit and flowers, nice small shaded terrace. Spa available, very pleasant in the evening. Gerard is available and very interesting. I recommend this studio.

We had a great stay in Stéphanie's accommodation, located in Les Abymes, surrounded by mango trees and bougainvillea. The apartment is spacious, pleasant, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped, the comfort is great! The real plus: the outdoor space, with jacuzzi and outdoor shower, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. Stéphanie welcomed us warmly, she is very responsive, available and attentive. Thanks again for this beautiful stay in Guadeloupe, we had a great time!
