Monthly Rentals in Pointe du Barrou

A very nice and cozy place. We have been there for a long weekend and we have been enjoying the view and the lagoon in front of us. A very good communication between us and a friendly host. We recommend that nice Haus.

Short stay for a business trip. Everything went very well. I recommend it.

Very friendly welcome from our hosts, especially the girl from the house who greeted us on arrival with kindness and enthusiasm. Ideally located and quiet, the fisherman's cabin is comfortable and functional. The small terrace area is lovely.

Alain’s studio is perfect for solo travelers and couples and there’s even a sleeping loft for kids. I had an excellent one month stay and greatly appreciated how perfectly equipped and stocked the place was. There was plenty of everything: kitchen, bedding, bath supplies, etc.. Nice bed. The studio is exceptionally clean, sunny, and has a good HVAC system. Floors are wood and tall ceilings contribute to a sense of spaciousness. A sunny, private balcony is an added bonus and the place is exceptionally quiet. Location could not be better—15-20 minute walk to the Gare, 5-10 minutes to the waterways, Les Halles and Monoprix, cafes, shops and walking streets start only a couple of blocks away. The panoramic views from Mont Saint Clair are right up the hill and the hike provides excellent exercise. The park nearby is lovely and has a nice outdoor cafe. A bus stop (for the train, etc) is only a few yards away. Great place, excellent value.
