Historic residence located at the foot of Mont Saint-Clair, the villa offers spectacular views of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the sea. Those looking for calm and charm will be delighted. The city takes on a country feel here... while being a 10-minute walk from the market halls. Breakfast is possible at an extra cost. Waterfront in the South

Better than a swimming pool: the Étang de Thau is 5 m from the apartment. You can swim there safely (low depth on the edge, water warmer than the sea and of very good quality). The neighborhood is a point extending over the pond, but remains close to the city center. The apartment (37 m²) is a first floor that is part of a villa, but independent. Very bright, it faces west on the pond and its sunsets, and east on 400 m² of wooded garden (vines, fig trees).
