Cosy bungalow with ensuite, beachy decor, extremely comfortable queen sized bed Cont. breakfast is provided. Very private, roomy, detached from house, ideal for a couple. Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a very well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Our cabin is next to but separate to main house. Our cabin is away from the hustle and bustle. WIFI, Smart Tv Netflix, Microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. We have a Kelpie cross 'Jett' and cats. Friendly dogs welcome BYO wood or $30 a bag. NOTE no campfires during Summer. The CFA declares the Fire Danger Period

Hydronic heating throughout and split system air conditioners to provide year round comfort. Backing right onto the main strip, getting around is a breeze. 10 minute walk to the patrolled beach.

A twelve minute walk to the beach and steps away from the Tootgarook Wetlands, this location is perfect for a couple of families or a group of friends to share some great times. Our three-bedroom holiday home has two indoor living/dining areas and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and firepit located in a large backyard. Comfortably sleeping 9 people. All rooms have ceiling fans and heating.

A five minute drive to the Peninsula hot springs, best surf and bay beaches, a round of golf, farms, markets, wineries and popular breweries (kid friendly ones also), Sorrento Perfect for a family getaway, a girls weekend, golfing trip or a romantic weekend away.
