Large privacy fence on both sides. This place is completely yours..the owners do not live on or adjacent to the property. Great location with it only being 4 mintues to the Grand. Fast internet!! We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area.
