Holiday in Tuscany Studio

KrzysztofRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a wonderful vacation in a great place. The apartment was as described, and from the terrace we had a view of a beautiful pool where we could relax. Stefano and Cristian throughout our stay were ready to help us if we needed anything. Stefano is the best host and I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

La Macina di Modì

Our stay was in the magnificent city of Cetona. We felt so lucky to be in the old part of the City. The decor was picked with an artist’s care. The space was elegant and we loved our vacation!

Daniele B.Rating, 5 stars8 months ago
Owner: Super available in a few minutes or even seconds. Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

Beautiful bright villa with view - Casa Luca

RafiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Villetta Lorenza

AndreasRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Despite very bad weather, we were able to make good use of the time in the house and its surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped and could be cooked well every day. Since our stay was in the preseason, regional restaurants were not open, which was not bad.

our reservation paid off our expectation, every detail booked matched what we found, then Elisa immediately stood out with responsiveness and in making our check-in as easy as possible, a great area for us for scheduled trips. I definitely recommend this place to all those who want to visit the surroundings of the lake. Congratulations, keep it up!! 👌👏💪

Stone villa between countryside and coast

CarlRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We stayed in the house for 14 days. Due to massive traffic, we didn't arrive until the evening. This was not an issue, Leonardo hid the key and gave us the place. The house itself is a good 50-75 meters away from the public road and is only accessible via a diagonal access road. This was difficult to find at first, there were no signs. However, a view of the satellite map on the smartphone has made the desired remedy. The house is a Tuscan country home and accordingly furnished - rustic but functional. We enjoyed it very much. The pool is a saltwater pool, about 1.40 m deep to the middle and then flowing deeper. The grounds are completely fenced, so ideal for guests with dogs. We will definitely come back:)
