Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Podstražje

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

Wir haben zwei schöne und entspannte Wochen im Ferienhaus "Piccolo Paradiso" verlebt. Wir wurden von Ivana vor Ort freundlich empfangen und bekamen per what´s app auf unsere Fragen schnell eine Antwort. Es war alles so genau wie beschrieben!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in Davors Haus! Besonders der tolle Pool hat uns und vor allem den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Bucht zu der man auch sehr schnell zu Fuß gelangt(Badeschuhe nicht vergessen-es gibt viele Seeigel ) Davor war jederzeit für Fragen und Tipps schnell zu erreichen und immer sehr freundlich! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

The house and the nature around are otherworldly. The house is situated far from any civilization, and we've barely seen any neighbors during our stay, so it's perfect for people tired of the big city. But please note that you need a car in order to move around, since the house is 5 km from the nearest civilization. The house itself has everything you might need in terms of utensils and equipment, but is solar-powered, thus heavy electronics will wear the battery down fast. We were fine with 2 phones and 1 laptop, but it also depends on how sunny it gets during your stay. As to getting there, you also need to plan your trip around the ferry schedule, cause it's the main way to get from the island to the mainland. Zlatko is a great person, helped us get there, and left some treats for us. Totally recommend the experience.

Appartement parfaitement situé, tout près de la ville. Stationnement est un grand plus. Cour extérieur incroyable, le barbecue est superbe. Appartement très propre avec belle terrasse. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Nastanitev pri Klaudiji je bila prijetna! Apartma je funkcionalen in čist, ima vse, kar bi utegnili potrebovati (vred s čistili, higienskimi potrebščinami, kuhinjskimi začimbami, dodatnimi brisačami itd.). Ima majhen balkon z delnim pogledom na morje, kjer lahko sušite perilo in spijete kavico. Nastanitev je preprosto najti. Parkirno mesto je zagotovljeno. Do centra Komiže je blizu, nekaj sto metrov. Okolica je mirna. Če imate s seboj kolesa, jih lahko pustite pod streho v dvorišču. Ob prihodu so me v hladilniku pričakale slaščice, gostiteljica me je en večer postregla s sveže pečeno mečarico :-). Klaudija je prijazna, ustrežljiva in odzivna, Vis je krasen otok in če se odločite kdaj priti sem, vam ne bo žal!

Such a fantastic few days! A huge thank you for helping us with the transfers too! Such a beautiful home and a 2 minute walk into the beautiful Vela Luka. Would highly recommend nothing we can fault!

We stayed at Stjepan’s apartment for 3 days. We were very happy. The apartment has lots of charme and is perfectly located. Restaurants and the port are just 3 min away. A parking space within walking distance (5min) is included, but is somewhat difficult to find. This isn’t a big problem however: when we first failed to find it, we contacted Stjepan. Within 10min his lovely mother knocked on our door and showed us the parking space. And when we left she gave us some homemade dried figs. She was so nice. Overall we can highly recommend staying here.

Andrijana and family were such amazing hosts! They greeted us when we arrived and gave us plenty of recommendations for our stay. We felt comfortable right away and were so pleased with how beautiful the Airbnb was and how comfortable the beds were — better than the photos! We were even treated to a cake and wine since it was three of our birthdays while we were in Hvar !! This was especially thoughtful. We also asked plenty of questions about the location and things to do throughout the week and responses were always super fast. All round amazing stay, perfect for our annual girls holiday <3

Right in the heart of Hvar. Some stairs though so beware. But perfectly placed. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Lovely spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to a pebbly beach, which was not at all crowded at the end of May. Stari Grad is a great town with some really good restaurants. Everything was good in the apartment and has a balcony to wind down on in the evenings. The view from there is lovely, with a little bit of sea in view along with the hills and plain. The crockery situation has been sorted and the flat is now well equiped with plates, bowls and cutlery. A couple of cooking equipment additions would make it perfect. It's a perfect base to explore the north of the island and, if you want to avoid the hustle of Hvar Town, this is the place. We were really appreciative of the late check out as it enabled us to get one more swim at the beach in. We would thoroughly recommend this appartment.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Elza was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. She provided us with great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the property both before check-in and after check-out. Communication was flawless. The house itself was beautiful—actually even better than the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new and very modern, and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing or dining. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, about a 10–15 minute walk from the port and nightlife area. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, both thanks to Elza’s exceptional hospitality and the quality of the house. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in Hvar, and Tonči was an exceptional host. His hospitality, thoughtful recommendations, and attentiveness truly made our trip special. Thanks to his suggestions, we enjoyed one of the most memorable meals of our travels at Black Pepper — the food was incredibly creative and complex. We also followed his tip to catch a local live music performance, and it was a highlight of our visit. The quintet’s harmonies were beautiful, their musicianship was top-notch, and the unamplified sound created an intimate, unforgettable experience. Seit 35 Jahren haben wir viele Länder bereist. Niemals in dieser Zeit hatten wir derart hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Ana und Ivan sind super liebe und nette Gastgeber und waren stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, das Grundstück ist riesig und der Privatstrand liegt sehr ruhig in einer Bucht. Wir haben die 15 Nächte sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder Urlaub dort machen. Alles in allem war das ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Klare Empfehlung ohne wenn und aber, diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Herzlichen Dank Ana und Ivan für die tolle Zeit!!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij de familie Duzevic. Het appartement is erg schoon, met een goed uitgeruste keuken, een fijne douche en een goed bed. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van het centrum met supermarkt, bakker en fijne restaurants. De familie is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd groente gedeeld uit de tuin - zo lief! Wij bevelen dit appartement ten zeerste aan!

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I think Villa Lemo might be the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at. It was lovely and spacious for a family of 4, immaculately clean, and the outdoor space and pool were great. the neighbourhood is very peaceful, but only 10 mins walk to the harbour and old town. We're used to arriving at AirBnBs and having to go out almost immediately to buy toilet rolls, coffee etc - Sandra's place had everything we needed, including toiletries and beach towels, for our entire stay. Sandra and Tony were great hosts - they answered any questions really quickly, and otherwise we barely knew they were there, even though they live next door. Will definitely return if we ever find ourselves in Bol again!

Villa Ani is a beautiful home happily situated in the town of Dol with stunning views from every window. We were four people looking for some peace, serenity, and invigorating hikes, and all of our expectations were met. A morning drive to the bakery in Postira for fresh bread and morning treats, topped off with a meal at the end of the day at Konoba Toni in Dol. It’s a real slice of heaven! Our hosts were responsive and the family taxi service was available to take us from and to the ferry dock in Milna when requested. Five stars!

The location of this house is to die for!!! Absolutely amazing -just like the pictures promise. We loved our week here!! Martina and Nino were very quick to answer our questions and to remediate anything that we were missing 👍 Just one thing missing for the icing on the cake... The house is split up into several appartments - with kitchens - no matter if most of the cooking etc is done downstairs it would be a great final touch to ensure basic amenities for the separate kitchens (incl. cloths etc.) But the view!!! We couldn’t get enough!! We were sad to leave ❤️

Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit im Refugium von Marta- der schönste Sonnenuntergang, mit Liebe eingerichtet und sehr zum wohlfühlen. Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer und eine herrliche Landschaft und Umgebung..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mario. La villa est aussi belle que bien équipée, et nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire. Merci encore pour votre accueil !

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr viel Platz, der für die Anzahl von 12 Personen perfekt gepasst hat. Der Strand mit der Umgebung war mega!! Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und erreichbar gewesen. Gerne wieder☺️

A lovely spot in Stari Grad, one of our favorite stops in Croatia. It’s quiet and charming, and the house is very well located close to everything. Lots of steps to walk up, that’s the only issue if you have limited mobility.

Fantastisch huis voor gezin met 3 oudere pubers. Veel verschillende ruimtes en compleet geoutilleerde buitenkeuken met bbq grill. Lekkernijen bij aankomst. Basics zoals genoeg wc papier, kooltjes etc aanwezig. Housekeeper Bruna was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo hielp zij ons binnen no time aan een huur auto. Die heb je wel echt nodig. Klein supermarktje en café voor koffie op 150 meter loopafstand, voor de rest moet je alles met een auto doen. Centraal gelegen, meesten dorpen zijn op 15-30 minuten rijden. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad!
