Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a great time at Jérôme's. The cottage is completely renovated, everything is new. He welcomed us with a big smile and fire! In addition to the extra logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good recommendations! The accommodation is super well-equipped. We stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 min from Matignon and 15 min from Cap Fehre by car. I recommend it.

On a business trip, this accommodation was more than perfect.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and nice. The magnificent view. Everything is planned to make your stay easier. We'll be back.

Christiane’s place was absolutely beautiful. The view of Mont Saint Michel was stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we were looking for. She even had bikes that we were able to use! She is very responsive and was so gracious to accommodate our request for a late check out. I highly recommend Christiane’s house and I can’t wait to stay again next time we visit.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the centre and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few metres from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Our large family group had a great stay here. Benoît was very friendly and made sure we knew all we needed about the house and area to ensure we had a good time. The house was large, with good size bedrooms and comfy beds. Huge dining space and fair amount of seating. Lots of space for parking and large garden too. The pool was an amazing addition and really added to our experience.

Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. Caring, concerned about what she offers to guests, don't hesitate to book!!!!

The stay with Patrick and Laure was wonderful. Warm and welcoming contact. The garden is beautiful, the cottage tasteful and cozy. We love to cook, and you are well provided for here. It's wonderfully quiet. All towns, beaches and attractions are about 30-60 minutes' drive.

We had a pleasant stay. it was a weekend hike with a girlfriend. the hosts are really very nice and attentive to their guests. Lots more and thank you for the pizzas and the hot hot Nordic bath😉

Beautiful discovery this Ty Jojo, the place is very quiet, the accommodation is at the top (services, equipment, bedding) and everything is provided for a great stay. The heated and exclusive pool is a real plus, which we enjoyed. Our hosts are charming and there are many exceptional sites to discover nearby (Cap Fréhel, Fort Lalatte, Saint Cast...)

We had a lovely stay, the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The place is very quiet and conducive to walking. We were a family of 5 plus a dog and it was perfectly suited.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Exceptional location. The view is magnificent. The house is very nice and typical. Beautiful renovation. Access to the house is complicated. The street is narrow and not one-way.... no direct access from the street to the land. Access by door, there are steps at the entrance... Overall we had a nice stay

We were lucky enough to enjoy the cottage for both of us. Everything was there to rest and enjoy! As a couple, a family or a group of friends, there is something to enjoy in this beautiful house. Lots of recommendations and even a little booklet of what to visit and its stories. In short.. It made us want to surely come back with friends this time! 😁 Thank you very much for this little moment.

Stay in a splendid place with sea views Flawless bedrooms and bathrooms The only small downside is the size of the dining table too small for 12 people: we had to use the oval garden table (so not practical to extend a rectangular table and suddenly it becomes very difficult to move around in the kitchen. Otherwise very nice living room with fireplace. Ping pong table in the garage is very useful. We had a great stay.

Céline and Stéphane's house is a very relaxing place to spend a holiday. The house and garden are well-kept, and bigger than the photos suggest, with plenty of options for eating both inside and outside, whatever the weather. The front garden gets the sun first thing in the morning, so it's a great place to sit with a coffee (and a pastry from the bakery only 10 minutes walk away). The garden at the rear is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing in the evening. The covered parking and private driveway were really useful for unpacking and repacking the cars without worrying about security – there's space for two cars on the property, with ample space for more parking outside – and it added to the whole package feeling very safe and comfortable. Bobital village is quiet with great views across the fields, as well as having a useful boulangerie/epicerie and a bar/tabac. This is a great place to stay for anyone wishing to explore Dinan, Dinard, St Malo or Mont St Michel. Highly recommended!
