Enjoy the garden or discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan, its beaches, the coastal walking trail, and the towns of Vannes, Auray, Carnac, La Trinité, and more. And if the weather is chilly, make use of the wood-burning stove. I will be happy to welcome you, show you around and share some good local addresses.

La Grange Aux Belles: charming house with sea view

La Grange Aux Belle is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated very recently with traditional materials (lime plaster, oak floor, Poplar paneling). The 3 bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Terrace and garden out of sight behind the house. The house is located at the edge of the village, 3 km from the beaches of Sainte-Barbe (for surfing and kite surfing) or Carnac (more family-friendly). All the shops in the village of Plouharnel are within walking distance.

Plouharnel – La Maison des Dunes

Sainte Barbe, charming hamlet of Plouharnel, enjoy a modern house. Breathtaking view of the dunes, direct access to the beach (900 m) through the dune path. Ideally located on the "La Littorale" greenway, these are car-free holidays for your activities: surfing, kite surfing, horseback riding, cycling, walking... Quietly facing south and west, the house offers a spacious wooden terrace (70 m2) for relaxing moments while the children (or adults) will discover the Tree House.

Les Voiles Baie de Quiberon – Villa

The Maison des Voiles is, like the neighboring restaurant, open to the sea. Its three sea view bedrooms have been completely renovated and furnished with high-end materials and bedding to bring modernity and comfort in an exceptional setting. Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished for Tourism" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte Sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). "Pioka" Air Art & Surf

Loft upstairs from a scenography, graphic design and other workshop, in a wooden house on the edge of the village. We accept overnight rentals (excluding weekends, 2 nights min) throughout the year except summer (July & August) when we prefer weekly rentals, with an arrival on Friday (other on request). Amenities nearby and within walking distance, beaches, surfing & dunes within 2 km. You'll love this space for its originality and location.

Due to its location near Carnac and Quiberon, and its amenities (bicycles, home cinema, etc.), it will allow you to experience a rejuvenating and sea-salted vacation.

You will have sea views and be 50 m from the coastal path. In the middle of the oyster park, you can walk, cycle, admire nature and of course access all water activities. Carnac is 5 minutes away.

"La Petite Maison" Ploëmel

Ideally located, near Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, d 'Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the centre of the village, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a café and the daily press. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

"Ô Dunes" House near Côte Sauvage 6p

Lovers of the Presqu'île, we renovated a house in the village of Kervihan, in the immediate vicinity of the Côte Sauvage and the favorite beaches of surfers (Port Bara, Port Pigeon, etc.), the bike path and hiking trails. Our house with garden offers 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine, 1 bathroom, a separate kitchen, all tastefully decorated to feel good. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
