Excellent stay; the apartment is very nicely furnished and very clean, functional with all the necessary equipment (binoculars, documentation, etc.) and basic ingredients (salt, pepper, coffee, oil, sponges, various products, etc. which is rare in rentals); the location is perfect (restaurants, shops, etc.); a modern elevator; the view is really exceptional Olivier, Isabelle's husband, greeted us at the time we chose in a very friendly and welcoming way; and for the departure, everything was flexible and easy And thanks for the welcome products! We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation, close to a restaurant just downstairs from the accommodation. I recommend it.

The house is very nice, very clean and everything is as shown in the pictures. The location is very good, you can reach the sea in a few minutes and can take many excursions in the area. Sylvie is a very friendly hostess, who we could always reach easily. We spent a very nice holiday in Sylvie's house.

Well appointed and well-equipped apartment. Proximity to the city center. Very nice terrace. The best part, a parking space in the basement. The kitchen equipment is quite complete.

Magali is very welcoming. The accommodation is as advertised and the sea view is magnificent! We spent 5 days in peace, to the rhythm of the tides, lulled by the whisper of the waves and the ballet of the seagulls.

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had an amazing night in this accommodation with breathtaking sea views. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, quiet, clean and perfectly equipped. Waking up to the sound of the waves and a sunrise over the water will remain an unforgettable memory. Host was very welcoming and responsive. I recommend it 100% for a relaxing getaway facing the ocean!

Very well located apartment, close to the beach, very clean, well-equipped, quiet . Well decorated. We loved our two nights in this place and enjoyed all the very clear instructions.

We had a very pleasant stay in this cosy little house. Great bedding. A large shower. On the other hand, the garden is shared and the house does not directly overlook the garden. In any case, Amandine was very attentive, we needed something, she immediately responded.

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is very nice and the views are incredible. The hot tub is a real plus. An ideal place to cut the weekend.

Lovely little place right on the water. Great location. Very clean and well equipped. If the weather had been better we would’ve just spent the days in the garden or on the beach. Lovely local restaurant 2 min walk away. Would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway. Stayed with my partner, 10 yr old son and my parents and we all thought it was great. Fascinating watching the tide come in and out. Walked around the beach to the marina when the tide was out and swam when it was in. Perfect 10/10
