Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!

In the living room, a sofa bed can be converted into a double bed south side, a small terrace for lunch in the sun. The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
