You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
