We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

The coastal house in Kerlouan, close to the sea

In Kerlouan, 300 m from the site of Ménéham, beaches, turquoise sea, on the Côte des Légendes, independent, bright, comfortable single-story house for 4 people + 1 baby including: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed + baby bed, 1 with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, 1 fireplace. Large enclosed garden with terrace sheltered from the wind, garden furniture, barbecue. Pets not allowed.

Loft with your feet in the water

The loft on the first floor of a small private residence. Ideally designed for 2 people. your room equipped with a double bed with sea view. In the living room, a sofa bed can be converted into a double bed south side, a small terrace for lunch in the sun. In the inner courtyard, you can safely leave your sailing equipment or bikes I have 2 sea kayaks at your disposal (beach 10 metres away). Don't forget your swimsuit🐬🐟🌊.

Small, charming, refurbished penthouse, about 40 m2 composed of a mezzanine with double bed + 1 extra bed, equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room with wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, induction stove, a washing machine and a bathroom, (sink, shower), sheets and towels are provided, with its 35 m2 enclosed garden where you will find garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Relax on a beautiful south-facing terrace, in an enclosed garden, after strolling on the GR34 or enjoying water activities. On the ground floor, you have a kitchen equipped with induction stove, dishwasher... a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a shower room with separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm, a mezzanine with a sofa bed.

Detached house for 2/4 people

The accommodation is located between Brest and Morlaix, ideal for discovering the Nord-Finistère. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the forest (hiking trail 50m away). Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.

Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This cottage was made entirely by us , it took us 6 years to create a place that totally suits us. We are so excited to let you know about this slice of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our sheep "Landes de Bretagne", peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s.

This pretty house is located in the heart of Plounéour-Trez, quiet and 800m from the beach. It sleeps 3. Two large bedrooms are available, a lovely walled garden and wifi. Pets are allowed, but are not allowed on the floors and in the rooms, Thank you. Please note: Linens and towels are provided.
