Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Whether in sunny, gray weather, in the rain or storm, the view from the house offers a spectacle that is always surprising, sometimes breathtaking. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

In addition to its many amenities , the cottage is very well located to allow you to visit the whole of Brittany during your stay. Indeed, it is 25 minutes from the nearest beaches, and around 1 hr/1 hr 30 min from the most beautiful sites of Brittany (Saint-Malo, the Pink Granite Coast, Carnac, the Island of Bréhat...). Our house is located in a quiet area in a small hamlet. It belongs to an old farmhouse, and we have completely refurbished it with quality materials. Close to all amenities: small shops and Carrefour Market 5 minutes away, first beaches 7 minutes away. The Plédran forest is nearby, it is equipped with a sports trail and games for children, as well as a bowling alley. Private parking for your car, outdoor terrace with offset umbrella (currently being fitted out).
