Orientée Sud, avec un jardin de 500 m² situé dans un petit lotissement calme. La surface totale est de 100 m², dont 90 m² accessibles aux voyageurs. Le garage est également accessible si besoin, notamment pour l’accès au lave-linge ou pour entreposer vos vélos. Terrain entièrement clôturé, mais ne dispose pas de portail.

Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).
