Joli gîte de 5 personnes dans un hameau de 5 maisons, tout confort à proximité des plages, du centre historique de Quimper, du GR34 et de la voie verte, le tout au cœur d'un parc arboré de plus d'un hectare. Venez vous ressourcer et profiter de la piscine aux dimensions généreuses (12x6) chauffée de mi-juin à mi-septembre et de barbecues entre amis et/ou en famille. Vous pourrez profiter du terrain de pétanque, de la table de ping-pong, du badminton et de la balançoire (enfants jusqu'à 10 ans).

Cette maison neuve de plain-pied vous accueille à Combrit Ste-Marine, village typique bordé par la rivière de l’Odet et ses côtes offrant des vues imprenables sur l’océan. Orientée Sud, avec un jardin de 500 m² situé dans un petit lotissement calme. La surface totale est de 100 m², dont 90 m² accessibles aux voyageurs. Le garage est également accessible si besoin, notamment pour l’accès au lave-linge ou pour entreposer vos vélos. Terrain entièrement clôturé, mais ne dispose pas de portail.

Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à ma super co hôte Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil. Ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne et bénéficiant d’une magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif 25 euros le grand lit, 15 euros le petit lit, avec serviette de toilette).

Semi-detached cottage, adjoining a second independent and renovated cottage, located in a farmhouse within our property, former farmhouse in the heart of the Plomelinian countryside. Close to the Odet and its hiking trails, the accommodation enjoys an ideal location, halfway between Quimper and Pont-l'Abbé, and 10 minutes from the beaches and 2 km from local shops. You will enjoy a quiet and green environment, as well as a garden shared with the occupants of the second cottage.

In Plomelin, we offer this 4-star rated holiday rental of 102m², facing south and accommodating up to 6 guests. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 32m² living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a terrace and a 250m² garden. Ideally located between Quimper and the beaches (14 minutes), it enjoys a pleasant setting near the forest and the Odet River. The minimum stay is 5 nights during the summer.
