Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Teil unseres schönen, historischen Gutshofs im belgischen Lontzen, nah bei Aachen.Die Stadt Lüttich liegt nah und das schöne Maastricht hat jeden Sonntag zum shoppen geöffnet. 2 Outlet Center Maasmechelen oder Roermond liegen in der Nähe. Vom Dreiländereck haben Sie einen tollen Ausblick über die Region. Sie können herrliche Wander- und Fahrradwege erkunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist geeignet für alle Tierliebhaber, sie grenzt direkt an den Pferdestall.

"La pause" a été décoré à l'aide d'objets de récupération de notre ancienne ferme. Le calme, la vue et l'espace jardin avec terasse est son point fort. L'appartement est de plein pied au 1er étage. Situé à la croisée des chemins entre : Aix-la-Chapelle(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour. Essuis fournis, linge de lit non (supplément).

Séjour de min. 2 nuits - Réservations 24h à l'avance. Gîte confortable situé dans la Région des Trois Frontières idéal pour tout type de randonnées. Situation calme, à quelques mètres du Ravel. Nous pouvons accueillir les cavaliers (possibilité de loger vos chevaux en boxes), vététistes et marcheurs. Plusieurs circuits de balades et randonnées disponibles dans la région. Le gîte peut accueillir 2 à 4 personnes. Chiens admis avec supplément de 10€ (frais entretien).

Der Natursteinboden ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.
