Excellent accommodation, full of charm, and above all very quiet and relaxing. The old furniture is very beautiful, the kitchen is bright. Walking distance to the beach, Charlotte is very welcoming. In short, a great time, we recommend it!

The holiday home is very tastefully furnished and renovated. The carpentry work, in particular, such as doors, windows, built-in cupboards and stairs, is of high quality. We felt very comfortable and Caroline was a very nice and attentive host. Your welcome gifts made our stay sweeter. Thank you!

Barbara and Julien's accommodation was impeccable with everything you need inside and out, to feel at home during our stay. Our 2-year-old daughter was thrilled on the children's floor, so she wasn't disappointed by the capricious weather to enjoy all the games and books! Very well located for exploring the surroundings! We had a wonderful weekend in this house where everything is planned to make you feel good! All rooms are tastefully decorated, special price for the kitchen which is great and perfectly equipped. The garden is very beautiful, we enjoy the calm and the proximity of the lagoon or the coastal trails. We also enjoyed being able to use the canoes. We had a very good stay, the house is very well located and well equipped, very nice and well maintained garden, a real plus for our 4-legged companion who enjoyed it a lot. One point could nevertheless be improved, equipping the staircase with a safety barrier for young children. Otherwise, all the equipment is available, a real plus for travelling light. A small gift on our arrival, much appreciated for a Breton appetiser 👌 Marion is very responsive and the communication is perfect. Real little corners of paradise to discover in the surroundings, without necessarily going very far. I recommend it!

We had a great vacation thanks to hosts Isabelle & Pascal. The accommodation is very pleasant, functional, well-equipped and perfectly located. We would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay on the banks of the Odet, alone, as a couple or with family.

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

A beautifully decorated and well appointed apartment in an excellent location with an excellent choice of restaurants each with a wonderful view of the marina and estuary and across the bay to Bénodet. The beach is a 20 minute walk away but certainly worth it as you can walk for at least an hour to Île- Tudy. There are a number of swimming beaches along the way and there is also a passenger ferry which runs half hourly between Snt Marine and Bénodet. While the apartment itself does not offer any views, it is situated directly behind the local supermarket and we found this to be very convenient. Private parking close to the apartment was available. Annaig is an excellent host who responded very quickly to any enquiries and would highly recommend both Snt Marine and the apartment.

Very nice accommodation and impeccably clean. Very well equipped nothing negative to say. The view is magical and waking up to the sound of the waves is very enjoyable! We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Studio in a great location and quiet. With a view of Tristan Island and Douarnenez Bay, the GR34 coastal trail starts just in front of the studio's private car park. Shops nearby, between 5 and 10 minutes' walk. Ideal accommodation for discovering part of Finistère.

Well located to visit the area, bright and clean, we spent a little over a week in this tastefully decorated apartment. Even though no parking space is assigned, we had no problem finding a space near the building regardless of the time we arrived.

A comfortable studio in a superb location with lovely walks on the doorstep. Yves was very knowledgeable about the local area and left detailed instructions for walks and outings. The view from the balcony is simply outstanding. Yves is a friendly and flexible host.
