Great theme: modernist art. Loved it. Family-friendly and comfortable. The village center is two minutes away by foot and very charming and lively with restaurants, a tabac, and 2 bakeries. Grocery store is 1 km. away.

A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

Ideal accommodation for our family stay from 2 to 70 years old! The house is well-equipped, clean and spacious. The 5 bedrooms allow everyone to have their own space. Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating to our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had questions.

The charm of "Ty Laouen" (house of happiness) operates from the doorstep. The house is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. Quiet, comfortable and decorated with great taste, it offers all the comforts needed for a successful holiday and an absolutely perfect stay. The garden is a real plus, ideal for family barbecues. Its location is also a major asset, only minutes away from the beaches and the center of Dinard. We highly recommend this rental, and have already found our address for our future stays!

Comfortable bedding. Quiet environment. The best part is the veranda, which is very well exposed and makes you feel like you're outside as soon as there is a ray of sunshine.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city centre. This makes it very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We will gladly return and we recommend this to anyone who will spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city centre (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about ten minutes' walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.
