Alexandra's house was everything the five of us, a 17-month-old child, her parents, a grandfather and an aunt, could have wished for, comfortable rooms, a spacious cooking area, a secluded and fully-enclosed garden, with a BBQ, delightful al fresco sitting and dining areas, and last, but certainly not least, a glorious pool, greatly enjoyed by all 5 of us. Ploubalay is a small town/large-ish village that has every kind of shop we needed, and is close to some lovely seaside places like StJacut and St Briac. St Malo and Mont St Michel are under an hour away, but it would be wise to get to both early, because of the crowds. Parking at St Malo is a nightmare, but why bother when Lancieux and St Lunaire are closer and easier, and there's a lovely pool and a boule piste outside your own back door? We thoroughly recommend this as a holiday home.

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the centre and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few metres from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are of quality. Only shadows on the board, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we have not had hot water the last 2 days without the problem being solved.

The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice bright house, everything is new, clean, well maintained, well equipped. We stayed with our baby and he particularly enjoyed the high chair. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with the stroller. However, the house is located on a busy street, a little noisier at night. But a big plus for parking!

A home that perfectly matches the description. An incredible and so relaxing view. We were missing a little sunshine to fully enjoy the outdoors. Very lovely, clean cottage in a very quiet area. We really felt at home there. Friendly neighbors, nice restaurant L'Escale nearby, highly recommended! A short distance from St. Malo and Dinard. Welcome cookies were thoughtful. I would recommend a stay here to everyone.

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

We are delighted with our weekend at Nicolas's. Very clean house, nothing is missing, excellent layout. The accommodation is very well located, quiet. It's a flawless 20/20! And Nicolas is very nice and responsive.

Evelyne and Thierry have a very nice house that is carefully equipped. Even though we didn't see each other, communication by text was very fluid. The house is located about 15 minutes from the beach

Very clean and perfectly equipped accommodation for 4 couples. Very well located, in a subdivision. A little overlooked when you're on the terrace, but nothing too bad. Nathalie was very responsive to our request for a classic coffee maker (with filters). Ideally located accommodation for visiting 10 km around many tourist places. Lancieux is also a pretty little town with several shops and access to the sea is indeed possible 10 minutes' walk away. We had a great stay with friends and I think we will repeat the experience with our family. Thanks to Nathalie.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

Wonderful house and beautiful beach. We were there with 6 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was on site for our daughter. (Baby bathtub, high chair, toys). The beach is very clean and the on-site bar has very good offers. We will definitely come back 👍

We had a wonderful family stay at Pascale and Gildas's. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and the bedding very comfortable. It is close to everything (by car), in a very quiet and peaceful village. The value for money is unbeatable! Thank you to them for their kindness, availability and welcome. We'll come back with our eyes closed if we come back to Brittany!

Stay too short because we were in the area for a wedding. We were delighted to stay at Yannick's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and ultra clean, as in the photos. We didn't miss anything when we arrived, everything is very well equipped. Yannick was an exceptional host and even drove us so that we could return from the party with peace of mind, like Cinderella's carriage!
