Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Une expérience est possible pour découvrir Les bords de rance en mobylette avec les rétroviseurs

Historic Center – Outer Courtyard + Parking

Charmant appartement de 36m2 dans le centre historique de Dinan entièrement rénové. Idéalement situé, vous pourrez profiter pleinement du charme de cette cité médiévale à pied. Notre logement se situe à deux pas de la Place Saint-Sauveur ; le centre historique, la mythique rue du Jerzual et le port sont à quelques pas. La rue est néanmoins très calme malgré son emplacement stratégique. Le petit plus ? Une jolie arrière-cour, aménagée et à l’abri des regards et une place de parking.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from 26 June to 6 September.

Very nice apartment with a small terrace, large entrance overlooking an equipped kitchen area (oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob...) and living room with sofa and TV. Cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed, shower area and large bathtub. Cleaning is included, so free, the bed is made. A supplement of €10/stay applies if there is an animal

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
