Au 1er étage une chambre/Sdb/WC. 2e étage en mezzanine 2 chambres traversantes. Bénéficier aussi du petit patio attenant indépendant. Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Dans la continuité de notre habitation, un "gîte" de 80 m2 sur deux niveaux à la campagne. Au rdc cuisine éguipée, sdb, poêle à bois, coin salon. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec poutres et hauteur sous plafond. Piscine, en général accessible de juin à fin septembre. Nous mettons à disposition barbecue et tables. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

House no. 1 is available to rent all year round. In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

This beautiful historic building has been renovated to the highest of standards, whilst still retaining its character and charm. There are four large bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with views of the famous Viaduct. The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. The property has been officially classified as 4 star accommodation.

Serviettes de bain et de toilette, draps fournis,(peignoirs non fournis), petit déjeuner sans supplement (déposé à votre porte), barbecue (charbon non fourni).

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
