Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.

You can also be seduced by the banks of the rancid and its small villages. It can accommodate 5 people, ideal for a family with children who can enjoy its large bedroom. The courtyard is closed. You can also enjoy the garden furniture, barbecue and lawn area.
