We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to pleasantly welcome visitors. Small touches in each room, (bottles of water, treats for breakfast, coffee capsule, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organised.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city centre of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. A very special, beautiful and great place where we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The flat has everything you need; it is perfectly stuffed and that’s done with a lot of charme, welcoming thoughts and a very personal and pleasant touch. There is lots to discover in and around Cancale; we enjoyed the view of the sea, the sound of seagulls and the Mont Saint Michel besides many more beautiful places like Dinard, St Malo and Rothéneuf. Hervé is a fantastic host and makes everything easy from check-in to check-out. We had very enjoyable and entertaining holidays and will certainly come back to Les Puits de Lumière.

Perfectly clean, stylish interior, quite spacious, responsive host, easy parking just in front of the house... Here everything was perfect for our stay.

The apartment was expensive but worth it! - very large and clean with two big bedrooms and a charming living/eating area. The location is away from the busy centre but only an 8 or 10 minute walk away. All the amenities you need. The host was very responsive and friendly, and even took our bags to the train station for us when we asked if we could store them for a few hours after checkout.

Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating to our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had questions.

We spent an extended stay in this beautiful house that has just been built. It is very large and the landscape is splendid in almost all the rooms. We were able to enjoy the sublime sunsets from the hot tub. We also want to thank the concierge for their welcome, advice, kindness and responsiveness.

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. Great location for visiting Mont St Michel and we enjoyed the restaurants and walking on the beach nearby. Good set up for kids with plenty to keep them entertained!

We loved our 3 night stay at Catherine’s place and inly wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house looks even better than the photos and the kids loved to be able to play soccer in the backyard. The location was perfect to explore the area but quiet and peaceful, ensuring a good night sleep. We hope to visit again soon!

For a small family of 3 people like ours (and up to 2 couples for those who read me), it is the ideal place to enjoy, less than half an hour's drive, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale and Saint-Malo. Despite the rain, the few rays of sunshine revealed this beautiful region to us and your home allowed us to regain strength between each destination 😉

An excellent place to relax after a day of 'stepping' and to the shades of the bay and its natural richness; all this with a beautiful view of the Mont-Saint-Michel; but the greatest asset is the warm, warm, warm charm of Isabelle.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city centre. This makes it very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We will gladly return and we recommend this to anyone who will spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city centre (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about ten minutes' walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.
