Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Zipolite

Carolina's place is perfectly situated on a quiet street, within a 3min walk to the main strip with food & restaurants, and a 6min walk to two different beaches. The private pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, and the check in / out process was seamless! Would definitely recommend :)

We had intended to stay closer to Mazunte, but we actually up preferred this location. Private, quiet, and so beautiful, the house is rustic compared to hotel living but all the better for it. Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Super clean, really nice people, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable at their place.

We really enjoyed our time at Gretel's place. The space is great for a group or family with three private bedrooms and bathrooms. As well as great common space in the kitchen, pool area and on the rooftop. We did not realize how vital the pool was until we would venture out on hot days to walk around the area. The location was perfect as it was enough off the main strip to avoid the noise but close enough to be able to walk to the action and even to neighboring Mazunta. The host was very helpful with information about the house and area before we arrived and responding quickly to our questions. The only challenge we had was to maneuver in and out of the garage but we managed and the host gave us some alternative options if needed.

We enjoyed sooo much our stay in this beautyful and clean house. ❤️the view at the ocean is amazing! The contact with Lisa and Marcos was super good and they gave a fast response at all our questions. We will cone back one day. Thank you for everything

If you are looking to disconnect and spend a vacation in contact with nature, Brenda's house is ideal. The place is close to a beach but in 20 minutes by car you are in Mazunte. I love the spaces, all open, ocean view, 🌅 spectacular sunsets and no noise. She is very helpful and her staff is attentive to any needs. Home is in a safe and quiet place. I would return to my future trips to the coast of Oaxaca!

The house is absolutely stunning and true to the description. Our group loves to cook, so we were very happy with the well-stocked kitchen and beautiful dining areas. We loved lounging by the pool — it’s extremely relaxing. This place is probably best suited for those that want to chill out and enjoy the house itself or those who have hired a car. It’s situated close to the local town and beach (up a very steep hill), but you have to taxi to Zipolite or Mazunte for more action, which adds up over a few days. But all in all a wonderful place to stay and great value for money.

We - a family of five, with two adults, two teenagers, and a kid - loved our stay in Casa Paz. When our car had climbed up the steep and bumpy track to the gate, and we had descended the stoned steps to the front door, and we faced the exquisite exterior and interior of the house - well, then we didn’t want to leave. The view from the balconies is breathtaking; the sea and the wind are ubiquitous; and every detail is carefully thought-out. We really hope this was not our first and only stay in Casa Paz, and nibbled chapulines repeatedly to increase the chances of coming back.;-)

This apartment is in a beautiful location with an incredible view down to the sea. It is clean and well equipped and the air con in the bedroom is excellent! Ana went out of her way to make us feel welcome, lending us her own baby equipment to make our stay more comfortable. Fresh drinking water was provided and Maria regularly checked in that we were ok! There were a couple of small things to mention- probably more prominent for us as we had a baby with us: 1) the house is v. close to to the sea however it is very rough and we couldn’t take our baby in. It was about 1km to the nearest swimmable beach. This is absolutely not the fault of Ana however I didn’t fully appreciate this before booking so is worth noting if you are less mobile or have a baby with you! 2) insects in the kitchen- I think this comes with the territory however they got into our food and baby milk before we started storing everything in the fridge! Despite this, it was a lovely stay- thank you!

The place looked very nice and was also very clean. We felt very comfortable for the 2 nights. The hosts were very kind and helpful, I was able to reach out to you with any question. Liza's place was the perfect location for our vacation in Zipolite! She was responsive and very helpful with everything we needed. The whole area has limited infrastructure, so Liza's place was similar to other places we stayed in. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. Liza was a great host and one of the most friendly we ever had. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! Great value for the money!

We loved our stay at La Secreta. The studio apartment La Selva truly lives up to its name - we could watch birds, butterflies, and iguanas right outside our window and balcony. It's green and surprisingly breezy, simple but well equipped, and we felt very much at home. The sheets were clean and fresh, the kitchenette had everything we needed, including a blender, juice press, and coffee maker, drinking water was provided, and the staff were friendly. The caretaker Marisol was super helpful and the owner Eva was supportive when we had trouble with a scooter rental (don't rent from Rinconando on Rinconcito!). La Secreta is wonderfully peaceful and quiet, located on a dirt road off the main street where you find shops and restaurants (there is a fantastic vegan Moroccan fusion restaurant just a few meters away). The only thing we did not love was the occasional sounds of construction work next door but that can happen. We would definitely come back and fully recommend La Secreta!

Great communication. Really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place. Close to the beach and close to all other amenities. The room tell for clean and quiet. I would come back again.

We booked this room after staying a few nights in a studio at Soiree, and we are really glad we did. The amenities in this room do not compare to the other room. We had a water cooler that chilled the water, two TVs, much more space and cookware. It was night and day. If you are staying longer (we were there a week), I would highly recommend getting one of the larger rooms. You won't be disappointed. Several times we enjoyed getting into the splash pool to cool off and various people would make food to sell on-site (tacos/Caribbean bowls) which was handy if you didn't want to venture out. There are several places close by to grab food: Noga, Alquimista, Bacco, Samsara, Orale, Maquil, Cosmic are all within a 5-minute walk. The fish in tomato sauce at Bacco is probably the best I've ever had! The town is nearby, as well, with many more options.

Everything was just great

The place in Zipolite exactly matched the pictures – everything was very clean and the view from above was really stunning. In addition, it was pleasantly cooler here than downstairs in the village, which we found very pleasant. You can basically walk to the beach, but we were advised against it, as there are several guard dogs on the way. That's why we rented a scooter, with which we could not only comfortably drive to the beach, but also explore the surrounding villages. Those who have no problem staying a little outside of the center and are mobile will definitely be happy here. The tranquility, the fresh breeze and the view make the stay absolutely worthwhile.
