I fell in love immediately. the space is incredible, plenty of room indoors & a magical balcony with unbelievable views. falling asleep and waking to the rhythm of the ocean...pure bliss. private setting, yet close to all that is needed. Natalie is a wonderful woman. kind and helpful from the start, and continues to be through your stay. you're in great hands.

Beautiful property. We had a family stay and enjoyed every second of it! For sure one of the most beautiful backyards in San Agustinillo with an amazing view of the ocean.

The place is very nice and very easy to locate, communication with the host was excellent. The only thing I don't 100% like was that in the check out instructions you have to pick up all the garbage from the place when you're supposed to pay for the cleaning fee.

The apartment is clean and spacious enough for two. We loved hanging out on the large balcony hearing the waves crash. The place is about a 18 minute walk to the Zipolite strip which we did even at night and felt safe. Thanks Martha for the great hospitality.

Great Location , Great Host & Great Vacation The pictures of this place do not do it justice . The view was amazing we saw whales , dolphins and flying fish from our balcony . We also saw fishermen hauling their nets and diving for oysters from there daily . Gene and Gwen were great hosts , they responded very quickly to our emails before and during our stay . Check in was a breeze with staff meeting us at the gate and helping us to our condo . A beautiful kitchen and living conditions made life easy . A short walk into town 10 mins tops . Access to inexpensive taxis . The beaches in this area are beautiful . Some great snorkeling beaches in this area and some bigger surfing beaches just a short drive away . The seafood in this area is amazing and authentic Mexican cuisine is everywhere . Our first stay at ViewPoint did not disappoint . Two weeks went by to quick and we are already looking forward to our next vacation .

This home was a perfect little getaway. The balcony was a dream come true and was prime location in San Augustinillo, you couldn't ask for any better. Efren was super responsive and so nice and does great tours!! Will 100% stay here again.

Lisbeth was a great host, very friendly and relaxed, eager to help and clean where ever she could! Room has a great bed and everything you need. I was skeptical of no aircon, but the fans were enough and the room stayed cool in the evening and I slept super well. The walk up is challenging but worth it for the amazing view of the oceans and sunsetting sky! Very quiet and private area and great bakery downstairs.

The space is great. It’s bright and spacious. It has windows on every wall so, there is always a fresh breeze. Harald and Ma Angeles are great hosts. Always willing to help you out. Views are lovely. Internet works pretty well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. It’s around 15/20 min away from Zipolite. I’ve not seen mosquitoes! I’d rent it again.

The place is perfect, it is a single bedroom with 2 beds, the very friendly host helped us get to the place and at all times supported us with what was requested.

We arrived last minute on the weekend in Zipolite and luckily found Paola’s place. It was the perfect tiny home for our stay. Close to the beach, but also the right distance to have some peaceful moments away from the music and parties.

We had a great time! Such a pretty view and great hosts, very kind and helpful.

The luagr is very close to the beach, Reyna and Bolivar had many recommendations as well as attention and hospitality towards us. They were attentive all the time and something I really liked was the fact that I was able to park the car before we checked in. The balcony is perfect for enjoying the afternoon. Definitely a good option to stay in the area

The house is in a great location, the village and its people are very nice. We didn't have internet on our second day.

The listing location sent us directly to the beach, however it wasn't difficult to find the place. There are no shops nearby, so I recommend arriving with everything they think you need. The place was very clean and the couple who attended us was very friendly and helpful at all times.

The bungalow is beautiful - modern, well designed and comfortable. All of the appliances were new, and shopping / beach access was a short walk away. Drying clothes after washing was done via clotheslines on the roof. In the sunny heat of the region, this was very effective though it takes slightly longer than a dryer. The neighborhood has dogs around. They were well-behaved (not aggressive at all) but occasionally noisy. Our contact Cecilia was terrific: she spoke english well, and was helpful and responsive to questions and solving one issue we had with electrical outlets - all child-proof, and they worked on us ;o) Juan Gustavo was sometimes slow to respond, but Cecelia more than compensated for that.

The stay is comfortable and very clean, close to restaurants and steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to rest without a problem. We traveled with a 4-year-old girl and she also really enjoyed the trip.

We took a small group of friends to enjoy this beautiful location. The beautiful rustic outdoor kitchen overlooking the beach was awesome. And the ability to walk out of your room and be on the beach in 20 steps was a huge plus! We enjoyed nightly bonfires and the sound of the waves. We’ll probably book again in the future.

A nice place to stay if you want to be between Zipolite & Mazunte. Unfortunately there is no hot water. The hosts were so kind, we felt very looked after. They also had the sweetest dogs!

the place is exceptional, close to everything. CLEAN and SUPER NICE with useful things for a trip to Huatulco everything is great conditions. super recommended...

The photos do not do this beautiful property justice! Pristine condition property with two pools, lovely patio area with BBQ and rooftop terrace! Very comfortable bed. Walkable to multiple beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
