Holiday rentals with a pool in Playa

Excellent séjour, calme et reposant surtout après une journée de balade dans Valence. Nous avons pu profiter de tout l'équipement mis à notre disposition. Même si un véhicule est nécessaire pour les visites, nous ne sommes pas loin de la ville de Valence (1/2heure). Notre hôte est très réactive ce qui est appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Todo muy bien. Vistas increibles en un lugar perfecto para hacer senderismo y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

Wij hebben onlangs zes heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in een prachtige villa in Cullera, op slechts een half uurtje rijden van Valencia. De villa ligt in een rustige, nette wijk en is ideaal gelegen op loopafstand van het strand. Wat direct opvalt, is dat de woning spiksplinternieuw oogt. Alles is netjes afgewerkt, de kamers zijn schoon en ruim, en het interieur is smaakvol ingericht. Er is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een gezin, zowel binnen als buiten. Vooral het ruime terras nodigt uit om lekker buiten te eten en te genieten van het Spaanse zonnetje. Een van de grote pluspunten was het prachtige privézwembad, waar onze kinderen werkelijk niet uit weg te slaan waren. Ook praktisch: je kunt de auto gewoon op de oprit parkeren, wat fijn is in deze buurt. Cullera zelf heeft ook genoeg te bieden. Het strand is heerlijk breed en schoon, en een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard. Kortom: een heerlijke plek waar we ons direct thuis voelden en vlakbij Valencia!

El alojamiento es excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila. Tienes tu propio bosque de patio, la pileta es super linda y el acceso es rápido. Ideal para ir con perro porque el patio está vallado y tiene mucho espacio para que ellos anden sueltos y disfruten la naturaleza. En resumen, un placer haber elegido este alojamiento. Estamos muy contentos, pudimos descansar y desconectar como queríamos.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Fuimos con poco tiempo debido a que fuimos a un evento. Estuvo Graham pendiente para darnos instrucciones claras para llegar, aparcar, y restaurantes. Unas vistas increíbles donde se respira tranquilidad. Lugar muy recomendable, con todo lo necesario para más tiempo.

We stayed at The Blue Diamond villa in Valencia with a group of 8 friends, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning and ultra-luxurious, if we were relaxing by the pool, cooking together in the beautiful kitchen, or simply enjoying the tranquil surroundings, everything felt just right. A special mention goes to Alberto, the host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. This was, without a doubt, one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The place was easy to find, clean and well stocked. It does have a plunge pool but we didn’t use it because the water was cold. The location is ok. About a 25 min walk to the old town center so a bit of a walk. Parking is tough. Street parking is almost unattainable. We had to park blocks and blocks away. So if you have a car be aware. Host was quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Lage gut um ohne Auto ein paar entspannteTage zu verbringen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett nicht zum Strand, sondern Richtung Shoppingcenter (laut/hell bei geöffneten Fenster)

Ha sido una estancia fenomenal, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar la estancia. Respecto a la zona nos ha parecido muy accesible y bonita, estaba a 10 min en coche del puerto, 30 min de valencia!! A destacar que teníamos barbacoa a la cual le dimos mucho uso y para nuestro gusto lo mejor de la estancia. El anfitrión en todo momento ha sido muy resolutivo y atento con nosotros, desde luego nos parece que merece totalmente la pena y más cuando hace buen tiempo. Lo único que podría mejorar es que no hay wifi como él indica claramente en el anuncio y para estancias largas vendría bien.

El apartamento es estupendo, la ubicación excelente y el anfitrión ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Ich durfte eine Woche in Davids Unterkunft verbringen – und es war schlichtweg fantastisch! David ist ein aussergewöhnlich grosszügiger Mensch und ein Gastgeber mit ganzem Herzen. Schon bei der Ankunft spürte man, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er war nicht nur jederzeit erreichbar, sondern hat sich weit über das Übliche hinaus eingesetzt, damit wir uns rundum wohlfühlen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein echtes Juwel: stilvoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die Küche liess keine Wünsche offen, und der Balkon war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist zudem einfach perfekt – ruhig gelegen und doch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit dem Velo mitten im Geschehen. Ob Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants – alles ist schnell erreichbar. Es gib einen praktischen und einfach Zugang via App, ideal. Ein Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ,le logement d’Emilio est vraiment chaleureux,cosy,très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans. La piscine et la mer était tellement bonne ,l’accès à la mer proche .Le voisinage adorable,très polis. Puçol est un petit coin très calme ,paisible.Pour ceux qui voudraient plus d’animations ou des plages plus grandes ,nous avons été à Valence qui est à 30 m de Puçol qui est très animé. Je recommande à 100% le logement d’Emilio ,hâte de revenir !!! Merci encore à Emilio.

Sonia was helpful and kind. The apartment was big and beautiful. We mostly enjoyed the pool and the nice air condition.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Valence ! Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires ont été super accueillants, toujours disponibles et très proactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et se sont montrés flexibles sur l’heure de départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Des hôtes vraiment sympathiques et professionnels – nous recommandons vivement !

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!
