Beautiful studio 200m from the beach

Comfortable studio with kitchen and balcony. Building has 24/7 security, rooftop pool with AMAZING views, gym, underground parking (ask before booking), fiber-optics internet and cable tv. For bookings 28 days or more, electricity is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost. Parking spaces are only for 1BR and 2BR, but if we have one available we'll be more than happy to provide you with a parking space downstairs.

Located only 2-3 minutes walk from the main part of 5th Avenue where all the best restaurants and shops are and near the popular bars of 12th Street. The best of Playa in walking distance!
