An apartment in a restored building, managed by the community. Has all facilities plus a lovely garden.

Our family, traditional Easter gathering, this time in Lexow. We liked the spacious living/dining/kitchen area, which has allowed for different occupations and yet a get-together of the family. We had a very relaxing stay with breakfast rolls from the nice little restaurant/cafe and the friendly support of the staff in the absence of spices or milk for the last breakfast coffee; great sauna sessions, table tennis tournaments or just swinging on the tree, as in children's days. All this has contributed to our well-being and we were all very comfortable in this charmingly renovated historic ambiance. Would love to come again. Mr. Marius was exceptionally friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The property itself exceeded all expectations — for the first time ever, I found the place even more impressive in person than in the photos! The home absolutely matches the pictures shown. Checking in was easy and very friendly. Since I essentially stayed there, it was more than sufficient for me. But even for vacationers, this apartment seems to be well suited to me. And don't be fooled, technically the apartment is on the pulse of time, as, for example, the two-burner induction plate shows. Price/performance are totally right here. Thank you for the good accommodation and the nice conversations.

Our stay was as we had hoped. We had everything we needed in terms of equipment, including Outdoor seating area with barbecue. Our daughter could also use the trampoline and the other play equipment in the garden. So she was super busy and there was no boredom. The same was true of the toys that were available for children in the apartment. In the accommodation, we had the opportunity to sit comfortably with the family.

I came on a solo getaway from Berlin and wasn't expecting such a unique and enlightening trip! Melanie and Flo are super welcoming and communicative but also respectful and are very good in giving you your space. So you can enjoy being secluded and having your silence. I went on meditative walks in the fields next to the house and used the sauna. . But the highlight was definitely doing the horse therapy with Melanie. wow, a truly special experience that will stay with me. Can't wait to come back, thank you Melanie & Flo!

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

the holiday home has also been used as a permanent home so there were no things to improve. also the house looked like new, rarely seen such a well maintained stay. Ingo and Regina built and furnished this house with a lot of love and knowledge. The kitchen was very complete as well as the bathroom. The beds are also of excellent quality. And Ingo and Regina are particularly nice and regularly inquired whether everything was to their liking

We had a wonderful time at the Swedish house in Laschendorf! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. Everything was tip-top prepared and in excellent condition. The kitchen is also very well equipped, so we could easily cook for ourselves. There are also books and games for the kids and we were even allowed to use the trampoline. We particularly liked the cozy atmosphere, the beautiful garden and the location. Quiet and close to nature, but still so central that you can be at Fleesensee or Malchow in a few minutes. Whether cycling, hiking or just enjoying nature – there are numerous opportunities for activities for all ages. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend the Swedish house!

We liked Frank and Pia's apartment very much from the beginning. We had a very nice time there. The apartment is located in a very stylish house, has large, very bright rooms and is very tastefully decorated. From the large bedroom, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with old fruit trees and many flowering perennials. The same beautiful view can be enjoyed from the very large and bright living room, from which you can directly access the garden via a terrace, where there are various idyllic seating options. The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped. We were very warmly welcomed by Frank, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. Frank and Pia are great, very friendly hosts. It is also very nice that the beds of Frank's nursery are directly behind the holiday home, where we were able to harvest very tasty organic vegetables (salad, herbs...) ourselves. A wonderful place in a varied landscape.

We had a really great weekend in Krakow by the lake! The accommodation was ideal for us. Super clean and totally cosily furnished. A very central spot from which you can make beautiful excursions. The host is very accommodating, easily accessible and is available with advice and assistance. Thank you, we can only recommend the stay!

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel due to illness, but our two friends still embarked on the journey. The most positive aspect was: - Apartment is equipped with everything you need - Beach is only 5 minutes' walk away and also a dirt road with small forest adjacent, which was great for the dog - Shopping facilities are accessible by car - A wide range of kitchen sieves - Very quiet area - Electric shutters Couple of criticisms: The parking lot is a bit far from the holiday home, you could unload, but drive closer. It was already noticeably warm in the apartment at 20° outside temperature, in the height of summer it could possibly be too hot. The sofa would probably be a bit cramped for four people Unfortunately, the garden and adjacent forest smelled very unpleasant, most likely of decay/fish, depending on the wind. We couldn't find the exact cause. But overall we liked the stay very much!

Wonderful house with large garden in an idyllic setting. The amenities of the house are great and we were very happy that there is even a beach volleyball court on the city meadow. Thank you for the nice and uncomplicated communication!

It was really nice in the hangar! The direct lake access is great, but don't forget to bring light, outside the house there is no lighting, even on the small terrace. The lighting is also rather cozy in the house;) After payment for electricity and water was just under 30€ per day. Since the heating runs via mobile electronic radiators, of course the electricity pops quite a bit. We had a great time together and are considering coming back next year! :)

These were wonderful days in Schwerin in Lisa's beautiful apartment. She is an extremely nice and always helpful host who gives good tips. Her garden is really a dream and the apartment with the (very small) balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Ostorf. The apartment is well equipped, although the bed creaked a little. The shower curtain is a small flaw, as it either sticks to the body in the tub, or you let it go with the risk of wetting the bathroom a little. All in all, a really recommendable apartment and hostess.

The accommodation in Schwerin was really great, highly recommended. The apartment is high-quality and modern, everything you need is available, even small things like sugar and coffee powder are available. We were even greeted with fresh flowers, there are loving, decorative details that make the apartment a place of well-being. The communication with Marcel was extremely friendly and pleasant, the check-in completely uncomplicated and easy. We can only recommend the landlords and the apartment and will be happy to come back.

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

we were a company of four adulrs and two kids and were very comfortable. Located right on the waterfront, and equipped with kayaks for the guest. Very nice walk along the Marina and beautiful view from the lighthouse. Absolute tranquility. The house is not accessible by car. You need to park the car in a designated lot outside the complex. The distance to the house depends on its lication in the complex, and can be up to about 100 meters. Thank you Ralph for a wonderful stay

Hello, I was with my sister 3 days in the great apartment, it is just like in the pictures, a small private bathing place, canoes for free, great garden with many seating areas. You can also see the water. I can only recommend this apartment because Plau am See is a beautiful place. I'll be back Regards, Martina

For us as a large family, it was wonderful to have another lounge next to the kitchen-living room. It is a great place to be, the lake in front of us, we were allowed to take our kayaks with us and store it in the meadow and could paddle at any time. We would always love to come back!!!!!

We rented the apartment to escape the insanity that happens in Berlin on NYE and it was the perfect getaway. It was well equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy nature. The bed was very comfortable and check in was a breeze. You’re also close to coffee shops and restaurants which are in walking distance. You can even walk to the Rewe! I highly recommend this rental and would rent again in the future.

Such a great apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Lovingly furnished, very great surroundings with beautiful garden area and great details, such as SodaStream, sauna, barbecue area,... highly recommended and any time again!
