Lake Plauen can be reached after about 100 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen-living room and a private terrace with a grill. Hello, the house offers a lot of space, it is located about 5 km from the climatic spa town of Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals (sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a hangover)

An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.

The house is ideally suited for up to 4 people with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m each). The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view.
