Hallo, das Haus bietet viel Platz,liegt ländlich ca. 5 km vom Luftkurort Plau am See entfernt.Ich habe ein großes Badezimmer, ein Kinderzimmer mit viel Spielzeug und eine voll ausgestattet Küche. Draußen auf unserem Hof gibt es einen Spielplatz und wir haben auch noch einige Tiere (Schafe, Hühner, Enten, Tauben und einen Kater)

Kanu, Kajaks und Segeljolle (Segelkenntnisse erforderlich) können gemietet werden. "Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer, lies the vacation home "FriediSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In a minute you are at or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the little ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55-kilometer-long, often natural, idyllic bike and lakeside path around the lake.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Turn off the time and lose yourself amidst the chirping of birds and the buzzing of insects. Breathtaking sunsets and a fantastic starry sky included.

Apartment in the city of Fontane Culture, lake and forest

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
