Beachfront holiday rental in Plau am See

Sweet little cottage right on Lake Schwerin. Just beautiful and it was really very relaxing ...we will be happy to come back

We had a great time - the apartment was wonderful and really cosy. The sauna in the main building was also great. Note that there is quite a noisy and big dog right next door - but he was quiet during the night.

Much too short was the little break (Friday to Sunday) with a friend in Stintje's house. The house, the decor, the terrace = great!! You can do a lot, e.g. hike around the lake, bike ride to the Elbe or to small beautiful places... or just sit on the terrace with tea or wine and in summer just jump into the lake. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation, great location and amenities. The exchange with the hosts went smoothly!

A wonderful apartment in wonderful surroundings, view of the water, quiet location, very nice surroundings, clean and lovingly equipped!

We enjoyed staying at Pascal's place and felt very comfortable in the apartment. You can see Patrick's attention to detail. Our dog was also welcome. The area is fantastically beautiful. Pascal and Julia are very friendly and pleasant landlords. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our short break in the house was really nice. The house was very well equipped and really stylishly furnished. The hosts were very quick to reach and responded to the requests. We will be back :)

Very good accommodation that has everything you can wish for!

This is such a lovely place. You wake up and can go straight for a swim if you like. The woods are wonderful with another really beautiful lake close-by.

We (2 adults and 3 children) had a nice time in the spacious apartment, which is located directly on the lake. A great view from the kitchen table and from the balcony ensured a good start to the day. We went by canoe and raft and highly recommend this place. Sophia is very friendly and the communication always went great. Thank you for everything!

We were allowed to spend two whole weeks in Nicole's apartment. The location and the view of the Elbe are the highlight. We spent most of our time right on the water (angler) or on the balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and since Nicole is regularly on site, there are even many utensils that you will not otherwise find in an apartment (e.g. for baking). Schnackenburg is a very quiet place - those who love to be in the nature (fishing, kayaking, cycling, bird watching, etc.) will get their money's worth here. Unfortunately, restaurants/cafes are in vain in the village, but can be reached in the neighboring towns. Nicole is a warm and helpful host and we felt very comfortable with her. She is lovingly renovating the house, which is why it still has a few ungrounded corners.

They were great days in a wonderful property. Simply outstanding! The villa itself, but also the surroundings are laid out in such a way that you "have to" relax. The immediate vicinity to the lake is only a small part. We especially appreciated the communication and personal contacts with Michael. Mega reliable and likeable. Thank you very much! Even the easily audible construction noise could not hurt the excellent overall impression. So we were encouraged in the morning to not sleep too much of the holiday time as much as possible. 😉 As a conclusion, if you don't want to get to know this property with everything that goes with it, it's your own fault. 😊 We will be happy to come back.

We felt really comfortable with Sandra. It really equipped the accommodation with everything you need and nothing is missing. In the morning we could drink our coffee at the lake on the dock and enjoy the sun in the afternoon on the loungers. If you are looking for a quiet place to just unwind, it is just right here. The walk around the lake is also highly recommended.

We stayed at Elke 2 with our two children and were super satisfied in the "gnome house." The bathroom is very tidy, the kitchen new and well planned. The attic can be reached via an attic staircase, which can be folded up. You can't stand there, but you can sleep very comfortably. We found it wonderfully cozy. Elke has a lot of amenities and prepared everything with love. Yes, you can hear the road as indicated by Elke, but that didn't bother us at all. It's just a few steps to the lake. The property is fenced, you share the large property with the other house. It's all so spacious that you don't sit on each other's toes. We made good use of the bikes and Elke even spontaneously brought another one. Many thanks for this. We would rent the house again. Thanks and best regards.

Highly recommend. The small apartment scores points with the balcony and the quiet location near the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it. There are even 2 bikes that allow excursions in the area. There is a lot of scenery all around and paths to discover. Very relaxing and beautiful.
