Outdoor space includes a covered patio & hot tub, outdoor kitchen with chef's grill, refrigerator & fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boards, 2-person canoe, floats & fishing poles are available. Event Fee varies.

Cozy Nest on the Platte River

Enjoy quiet country living in our guest house by our home on the Platte River. There are forty acres where you can fish, walk, swim, or just relax on the porch. The nest accommodates a family of four, but if you need more space ask to add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food and utilize our gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchenette, and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, this sprawling single-family home has something for everyone, including: - 4 bedrooms w/ 6 beds - 2 full bathrooms - multiple gathering spaces - modern, updated kitchen - large dining area - covered patio w/ fire pit & BBQ - washer and dryer - extra large, fully-fenced backyard - ample parking - fast WiFi & two large screen TVs - pet friendly ($25 fee)

Our second story suite is clean, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & families. Your reservation will provide you with all 3 bedrooms, private bathroom & a commons area. Original 130 plus year old wooden floors have been restored, bedroom floors are carpeted. Separate semi-private entrance. Separate A/C and Heat. Off street parking. We reside on the main floor. Close to the historical downtown. Unique pergola outdoor living space to relax.

The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, cable TV, A/C, microwave, fridge, kettle & coffee.

Great for events and big groups- My place ~ 6k sq ft, close to Dodge, 680/80. It is a quick drive to zoo, malls, airport, parks, Costco, grocery, restaurants, bars, regency, and more . You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.
