This home was perfect for our annual multigenerational family vacation. We had eight adults and four children ranging in age from 76 years to 7 months, and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. It served as an ideal home base for exploring Omaha—everything we wanted to do was within about a 20-minute drive. The house is exceptionally well-equipped for families with young children. The spacious closets easily fit pack-and-plays, which was a huge plus since we have three little ones still in cribs. The master bedrooms are large enough to fit an entire family of four, allowing each child to have a private, quiet sleeping area. The Yellow Submarine room was a huge hit with our granddaughter—she absolutely loved it! It added a whimsical, fun touch that made her stay even more special. The private beach and lake were phenomenal. We loved playing sand volleyball and made good use of the kayaks and grill provided—it was a highlight of our stay. Rachel, the host, was extremely respon

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

The cabin was the ideal place for nine 50 somethings to meet up from four different states for a girls' weekend. We enjoyed the firepit, sand volleyball court, walking the property, sitting by the river (just outside the cabin), and sitting around the large dining room table. Many bird varieties on the property so bring your binoculars. Jen went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed, including buying a new volleyball just before we arrived. She was a great communicator. We highly recommend kayaking Turkey Creek through Kearney Paddle Sports!

Cozy, quiet and beautiful view especially at night! The home was very clean, mattresses very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and a quiet community! We will definitely stay here again!

Kara and her husband Beau were very hospitable and made sure we got settled in okay, offering information on the local area if needed and letting us know how to get a hold of them if we needed anything or had any questions. The tiny home was well kept, whimsically decorated, and comfortable. All of the seating areas around the property made for a relaxing stay while enjoying the views of the lake. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Ebb and Flow Casa. Would recommend this to anyone looking for some rest and refresh.

“Wonderful Stay on the Water!” We had an amazing time at this beautiful, spacious Airbnb! The views were stunning, and being right on the water made the experience so much more special. We loved having the option to go kayaking during the day, which was a highlight. In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing by the bonfire, which made for perfect cozy nights under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor activities!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Michaela’s home while in town for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting. The location was ideal—just a quick 10-minute drive to the CHI Health Convention Center—yet it felt like a peaceful escape tucked away on Carter Lake, far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Omaha. Michaela is a top-notch host: responsive, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and local tips. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked—everything from a charging station with every type of cord imaginable to a reverse osmosis water filter and even a medicine cabinet with handy over-the-counter items (which we thankfully didn’t need, but it was so nice knowing they were there!). The home has a warm, charming personality, and the smart layout made the most of the space. It was a perfect retreat after long days at the conference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Omaha!

We love staying at this place! it is our third time there and every time we wonder why we aren’t there all the time 🤣🤣 (ok….it books up so fast!). It is spotless. The host is so sweet and it is just such a peaceful getaway! All of the extra details were so appreciated! Thanks so much for a wonderful time!!!

The cabin is great - secluded and right next to the river; awesome for exploring. The cabin was clean and perfect for people looking to enjoy each other’s company. Christine is very responsive and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! So family friendly and small child friendly. Sarah has thought of everything! So many great and unique amenities can be found here! 5 jeeps, weight/size labeled lifejackets, toys, bedtime books, spices, Tupperware, S’mores kit, extra toothbrushes and floss, hair ties, wireless speaker and much much more! The property is a great mix of beach and forest. It is nice & private and conveniently located off of the highway. The kayaks and paddle boats were so fun to take out and the kids had a blast on the lily pad and slide. The game room was so fun for both the kids and adults and made for a good indoor activity on our rainy day. The beds were comfortable, towels and beach towels for days! The washer and dryer are industrial size making it so nice to go home with clean clothes. The kitchen & closets have labeled cabinets, drawers, and baskets making it so easy to find anything. We were amazed! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Easy check-in, and great little getaway from the city. Bring your own cooking oil, bug spray, etc. Not a lot of extras here. Still, very well worth it.

This îș a nice house and a great place for a large group. We had 9 people and it was still spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has useful appliances and all the tools for large meals. They have an outdoor gas grill too, but we didn't try it. The bedrooms are all large and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The basement is a full walkout at beach level with a nice fire pit and some seating. There's a large deck off the main floor too with more seating. It's a great outdoor space. The house is in a neighborhood about 30 minutes south of downtown Omaha, but only 5 minutes from downtown Papillion and 10 minutes to a Walmart and most other amenities. Downtown Papillion has several restaurants and a cool old-school Dairy Queen. The lake in back of the house has a nice sandy beach. It makes for a beautiful view in the morning/evening.
