The apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of our house with independent access is composed of a separate bedroom with king size bed, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a very quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Rouen and Deauville, and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered buildings ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast (Deauville and Honfleur).

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Access to the 2nd and top floor without a lift, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Some areas with reduced ceiling height, typical of the old buildings in Bernay.

Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

Our cottage (45 m²) is an old bread oven dating from 1827, completely redone respecting its original style. This gite is located on a plot of 7300m², facing south, with a terrace, in a very peaceful environment, 200 meters from a large forest, marked out by hiking trails. This typical cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
