You have a lawn and a barbecue terrace Located 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc, 20 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from Loudéac The house is on one level with a bathroom, separate toilet, living room, TV, sofa bed that folds out into a bed for 2 extra people. Bedroom with TV, closet baby bed and high chair can be loaned if needed

My accommodation is close to the countryside. You will appreciate its calmness. It is perfect for couples, business travellers, workers and families (with children). Outdoor games are available for children: trampoline, swing, table tennis table, bowling alley. Pets are allowed, and there is a large, fully enclosed garden (about 100 square metres). The house is fully equipped for cooking, plus there is a raclette set, a plancha and a fondue set.

Notre gîte situé dans un petit hameau ,entouré d'animaux et de notre potager est un lieu paisible ou l'on peut se ressourcer. Situé à mi chemin entre deux petites cités de caractère: Quintin et Chatelaudren, et à 25 minutes des côtes. Il se prête à tous vos désirs et se révèle en toutes saisons!

Heated and secure pool (May to mid-September) roller shutter and fenced, and sliding gate A 200 m2 garden with a swing Parking in the property (3 cars) For a stay with family, couples, friends, the house can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom.

Old watermill, quiet near St Brieuc

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, accessible by an external staircase. The courtyard can accommodate one or more vehicles. The place is great for couples, solo travelers, families, friends (large sofa bed in the living room offering a 140 x 190 bed). We welcome your four-legged friends (dogs or cats).
