Welcome to Benoît and Anne's 😀 We provide this 2* furnished tourist accommodation! This studio is attached to our house. You can access it independently and enjoy part of our garden. We live in a quiet area, in a small town located about 10 minutes from the sea (St Brieuc Bay, Goëlo coast). With an area of about 30 m2, our studio will be the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing stay in Breton land!

Facing the garden of Villa Carmelie, this self-catering apartment is on the ground floor of a house. It is located a 15 minute walk to the city center and train station (3 minute drive). The environment is rather calm and green. Free parking adjacent to the house makes parking easy. (There is a small dog in the main house but cannot access the accommodation as the terrace is closed.)
