Our villa offers a spacious living room with 4 plush leather sofas arranged around the fireplace, creating a cozy gathering space. The open kitchen, with its marble countertops and large fridge, is fully equipped for your self-catered holidays, and the dining table comfortably seats all guests. Step out from the living room onto the 60m² terrace, featuring a large corner lounge, outdoor dining table, and hammocks—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. On the same floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The first floor is an entertainment haven, boasting a big smart TV with game consoles and DVDs, a pool table, and table soccer. The balcony offers stunning views of the beach, golf course, and pool area. An additional 3 bedrooms are also located on this floor. The heated pool, maintained at 28°C, measures 13 x 5 meters and is fully fenced for child safety. Adjacent to the pool is our unique driftwood bar, complete with a sink and fridge. The bar terrace area features comfortable lounge chairs, a large gas BBQ, a garden picnic table, and a Ping Pong table, providing everything you need for outdoor enjoyment.

Pleasant cabin studio for 4 people located in Pierre et Vacance residence of Moliets-et-Maa. Located on the first floor, its South / South-West exposure will allow you to enjoy a 13m2 terrace. The complex, in an exceptional green setting, is nestled around the international golf course, and bordered by the ocean. Everything is designed for a great stay with the family! Please note! Rentals are only available on a weekly basis during the months of July and August (departure/arrival on Saturday).
