Charming waterfront duplex on the Gulf of Ajaccio

We bought this duplex of 43m€ (of which 5m2 of balcony and 5m€ in under slope arranged) for our vacations and spend there between 2 and 4 weeks per year. We arranged it for our comfort and for that of our guests, so we offer you what we like: this duplex has an exceptional view on the Gulf of Ajaccio overlooking the magnificent beach of Agosta (2 km long, never crowded), it offers breathtaking sunsets (and facing the Sanguinaires Islands for the connoisseurs). The first shops are 100 meters away and you will find all you need in fruits, vegetables, butchery and delicatessen, beach articles, press... For those who like to cook, we have planned a kitchen as functional as possible because we also like to cook, so a 1m fridge with a freezer (for a minimum of capacity), a combi oven & microwave but also a dishwasher. For the evenings when you don't have the courage to cook (on vacations, it can happen :-)), you can go and get a pizza at the roulotte (2 min) or take a 10 minutes walk where you will find a choice of 3 restaurants. By car, you will find the center of Porticcio at less than 10 minutes or Ajaccio at less than 30 minutes. This accommodation is equipped with a TV box and a wifi, On the first floor, we have also arranged the bedroom, with a rather Zen style, with a 160cm wide bed because we consider that the quality of sleep is essential, especially on vacations. We added 2 beds of 90cm and a baby kit with a cot. It is functional with a small dressing room. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning systems with 2 outlets (one for each floor). You will also find a small washing machine. On the terrace, a table for 4 people will allow you to enjoy the colors of the sea and you will find a chest and cushions (sofa mode) with a hammock to relax. We also put at your disposal our beach equipment (toys, umbrellas, rabanes, masks, flippers, nets, shovels... which you will find in the safe). Within a 10 minute drive, you will have access to a dozen beaches and coves, each more beautiful than the other (including Mare e Sol, a magnificent white sand beach). You will find a free parking in front of the apartment.
