It has a 600 square foot covered deck for outdoor entertaining, a full laundry, two bathrooms, one with shower (only) and one with large soaking tub (only). An optional add on is “Wee Maggie’s bonus room” at same address. Joined to the cottage by a 7 foot deck, the carriage house bonus room adds one queen bed and queen sofa bed. Perfect for two families or traveling with grandparents.

The home is located off the beaten path, 35 minutes to the summit of the Sierra, 20 minutes to historical Placerville and other gold rush attractions, and just a few minutes to many of the apple hill farms. Note: This is a RURAL location.
