Waterfront holiday rentals in Pittulongu

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Olbia. Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die moderne, hochwertige und zugleich schlichte Einrichtung schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt: frische Bettwäsche, ein komplettes Handtücherset, Seifen in verschiedenen Ausführungen und eine Espressomaschine, über die ich mich besonders gefreut habe. Die Terrasse ist ein echtes Highlight – morgens sonnendurchflutet, perfekt für ein Frühstück im Freien. Die Lage ist ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Cafés – ein Auto braucht man hier nicht. Für mehr Komfort empfehlen wir, die Tiefgarage mitzubuchen, da die Straßen in der Umgebung oft stark befahren sind. Marco war stets freundlich, erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Der Check-out verlief unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war gut ausgestattet. Angela war immer schnell erreichbar und konnte auch ein technisches Problem sehr schnell lösen. Man sollte ein Auto haben aber dann ist man sehr schnell an schönen Stränden und in der Stadt Olbia. Für uns war es perfekt.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir waren drei Tage zu Gast und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch sonst war Eulalia immer erreichbar für uns. Frisches Obst, Wasser und Joghurt standen für uns bereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Auto (Privatparkplatz vorhanden) und Fahrräder dabei und konnten so die Umgebung erkunden.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Fedele und seiner Frau begrüßt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es gab sogar Wasser bei der Ankunft. Ideal für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind bzw. 3 Erwachsene. Der dazugehörige Hof war auch schön groß und wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt. Fedele meldet sich bei Fragen auch immer zeitnah zurück oder gibt Tipps. Man ist in 2-3 Minuten im Ort mit vielen Restaurants und auch der Strand ust fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für unsere Tochter war es ein Highlight, dass die beiden Katzen der Besitzer immer mal wieder auf die Terrasse kamen. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Wir waren ein Woche in dem schönen Apartment. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Pozzo. Im Dorf selber gibt es einige Restaurants, ein Mietwagen ist jedoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen um die schönen Strände in der Nähe zu erkunden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen 😊

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

Federica je úžasná , přátelská, ochotná vždy pomoci. Nádherne prostředí plně kvetin, velmi příjemny, vkusně zařízeny apartmán s božskou teresou s pohodlnou posteli. Citila jsem se jako doma. Velice krásný a přátelský přístup i k mému čtyřnohému společníkovi. 🙂 Mile bylo po příjezdu na mne čekala láhev vychlazené vody v lednici. obchod pár kroků. Federica mi doporučila i kde koupit vybornou zmrzlinu. Toto ubytování vřele doporucuji. Doufám,že se do této oázy klidu s milými lidmi zase vrátím. Srdecne zdravím🌸

Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und der Ausblick unvergesslich. Terrasse ist fast größer als die Wohnung selbst. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hat alles was man braucht, allerdings sollte mal wieder renoviert werden und ein paar Teile ausgewechselt werden.

This property has a perfect location and is obviously stunning as you can see in the photos. What you don’t get is the sound of the waves lapping against the lawn or the church bells. You don't see the resident birds who fly in and out, or have a special show each night from another beautiful creature. Nicco is the perfect host and was extremely helpful. There is alot of love and care in this home and garden and I couldn't recommend it more.
